Modern Casita Comfort near the Heart of Town
Please join us at our well appointed Casita Oasis! Walk to the main strip with our famous shops and restaurants or just chill by our pretty pool. You will love the relaxing vibe and roominess of this accommodation. Fabulous sunsets and grassy areas accentuate the lovely grounds.
The views are so spectacular and serenity abounds!
Very close to many main attractions and only six minutes from Palm Springs International Airport.

Our Casita is also our home. We have made it comfortable and inviting for our AND your enjoyment! There is a carport with one space and a short walk to the front entry. You will enjoy two spacious bedrooms and baths with walk in showers and a big open space from kitchen through dining through living to back patio and grassy lawn. The living area is very comfy with a HUGE television and ALEXA for music or news. The bar area is a little mid century modern accent we hope you enjoy!
You have the whole Casita and two patios for yourselves. The back lawn and grassy areas in front, along with the pool and jacuzzi areas are shared. It is very quiet and we often find ourselves alone in the common areas. YAY! However, our neighbors are super friendly when in town which can be a lot of FUN!
PLEASE let us know if you would like us to personally check you in or call or text so we can give you all the little details. The fixtures are European and a bit confusing so we can make that easy. The car should ALWAYS be locked with no valuables inside. We also lock both front and back doors every time we leave. Both front doors have regular and deadbolt. Please return keys to the lockbox after first use, and use the keys in the entryway after you get comfy!
Please call or text for info on appliances like our new washer dryer unit, Bosch dishwasher or coffee maker.
We want you to be as comfortable as possible and DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES!
Please respect our home with no smoking and quiet hours between 10PM and 8AM.
We are ALWAYS available if you have a question or concern!!

We are skiers from Colorado who finally found our own oasis in the desert after decades of visiting Palm Springs.
Because we work full time and travel, the opportunity to share our casita is a pleasure!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
So close to everything downtown Palm Springs has to offer. A very quick walk or ride (we have two townie bikes) gets you to the heart of the action! Wonderful restaurants and shops, hiking and biking all in our neighborhood. Our complex is intimate and friendly.
Being just a couple blocks away doesn’t mean you give up peaceful surroundings! And it’s a quick six minutes to the airport!

Our private patios with the gorgeous view of the mountains. Peaceful surroundings. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi. Dedicated work spaces. Top of the line furnishings and appliances. It’s just super comfy and chill!
