Luxury Condo: Walk to Downtown. 8 pools/spas. Completely Renovated in 2023-2024
Brand New and Completely Renovated Condo in beautiful gated community walking distance to downtown attractions, hiking trails, shops, restaurants, and bars. The complex offers 8 pools and 8 hot tubs, a clubhouse with fitness center, racquetball courts, tennis courts, and pickle ball courts. We completely gutted and renovated the entirety of our condo in 2023-2024. Everything is new: tiles, walls, lighting, appliances, counters, railings, plumbing, electric, furniture, amenities and decor! The entire place was redesigned to offer open space, light, brightness, comfort, and serene and fun colors on each level. Please note different rates below for different times of year.
This 2-story, 1700 square foot condo offers 4 half levels:
Level 1: Entry with new double doors with ribbed privacy glass, a new Kitchen with rolling island cart and stunning granite counters with plenty of cabinet space, a Dining Area with seating for 6 and comfortable Family Room, and a large private patio with a fire pit, gas grill, sectional patio sofa and pub table and chairs. The 1st level offers a completely open concept and is a beautiful gathering space done in bright traditional "Palm Springs Decor." Board games are provided. There is, of course, a dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove/oven, 2 microwaves, a small beverage fridge, and a garbage disposal. The family room area offers seating, a ROKU TV, and a ceiling fan.
Level 2: Guest Bedroom done in soft grays and pinks and a ROKU TV. This bedroom has Sliding glass doors to private outside terrace/atrium and a large walk-in closet. This level also offers a full bathroom with granite and tile Shower, a new washer & dryer, and an exit to the attached carport where you may conveniently park your vehicle.
Level 3: Entire level is a spacious living room w/high ceiling, a gas fireplace, ceiling fan, sliding glass doors to private balcony with comfortable seating, a table and chairs, and stunning views of the mountains and the eucalyptus and palm trees. The living room has been done in soothing desert colors of greens, browns and tans. It's bright and comfortable and relaxing. There is a large wall-mounted ROKU TV. There is also a wet bar with a mini-fridge on the landing, and an open interior balcony that overlooks the 1st level entry and a lovely crystal chandelier.
Level 4: Very Large Master Bedroom and sitting area with 2 recliners and a work area with a desk and bookcases. An armoire and dresser offer additional storage. There is also a ROKU TV and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The master bath is separated into two spaces: The double sink area with new Quartz counters, plenty of lighting, mirrors, and storage, and the shower/toilet area with natural river-rock tile and a walk-in shower. Also on the top level is a 3rd full bath with a jetted tub and shower combo. All bathrooms are brand new with beautiful vessel sinks, quartz or granite counters, and a lot of light.
Outside, you'll have access to a private attached carport for your vehicle and there is guest parking in the complex if you have visitors. There are 4 ROKU TV's in the house with access to live cable. Most of the lighting is on dimmer switches, so you may keep spaces as bright or soft as you prefer.
This is 28 day (or more) rental with central heat and AC. A utility deposit of $500 (gas + electricity) will be charged. If money is left at the end of your stay, it will be refunded along with copies of the utility bills. If you go over the $500, you will be billed at the end of your stay for the difference and copies of the bills will be provided to ensure full transparency.
There are three Ring Security Cameras inside the condo that we ask you to unplug upon your arrival and plug back in at the end of your stay to ensure your complete privacy. We only ask that you do not change the angles they are directed as they provide security coverage of all entry points when the condo is empty. When unplugged, they are off and neither transmit or record anything at all.
Palm Springs is a desert paradise with access to spectacular mountain views, hiking trails, shopping, dining, drinking, walking, arts, theater, music, and culture. Come enjoy this amazing location while staying in a bright, beautiful, fully-equipped home with all the features and extras you would want.
Longer that one-month stays are welcome. Contact me for details or if you have any questions. If you are looking for a multi-month or full-season rental, please contact me and we can determine the cost for stays longer than 8 weeks.
Rental Rates also vary depending on the time of year: Please enter dates for accurate pricing as some seasons are discounted. You can also send me a inquiry and I will get back to you ASAP.
The electricity fee covers electricity, gas, heat, air conditioning. This is a DEPOSIT used to pay utilities during your stay. If the utilities gas and electric are less that the deposit, the balance will be refunded along with a copy of the bills to ensure you are not paying more than you used. If you exceed the deposit by any significant amount, then you will be billed the overage. Long-term or seasonal stays will be responsible for monthly utilities for the length of your stay.
If you choose the VRBO insurance option at $89, that will cover damages up to $3,000 should anything go wrong. If you choose the security deposit option, that amount is fully refundable as long as the condo and contents are left as you found them and no damage has been caused.
Because the porcelain tile floors throughout the condo, the open balconies, and the multiple flights of stairs that could pose danger to young children, we are not allowing children at this time.
No pets of any kind are allowed.
You may have friends or family over to visit or for meals and enjoy the amenities of the condo and the Village Racquet Club, but we do not allow parties or large group gatherings. If friends or relatives visit with children, please be sure they keep them safe from falls.
The dining area seats 6 and the patio 2, so we prefer you keep gatherings to 8 people or fewer. If you have special circumstances, please contact me to make arrangements before renting. I do sometimes make exceptions for certain situations.
