Close to the river and the Benham Falls Trailhead, this peaceful retreat includes private highlights like a hot tub, deck, and a foosball table to offer equal parts in-home entertainment and a convenient location close to all the wonderful Sunriver amenities. The Woodlands Golf Course is less than a mile from the home's front door and the SHARC facilities are just a short drive or bike ride away. Daily admission can be purchased directly at the center.

The inviting interior showcases strong natural lighting and recent updates including new furnishings and appliances. A fireplace and smart TV make the perfect centerpiece for family gatherings in the living room. The stainless steel full kitchen is more than equipped to handle home cooking. A private gas grill and outdoor dining table let you make the most of summer days with barbecues out on the deck. The garage has been converted into a game room with features including a foosball table and Ping-Pong. There's also cornhole for added outdoor fun. Home essentials include free WiFi and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
