Quelah Condo 105 está ubicado en Sunriver. El complejo de condominios Quelah se encuentra en el círculo 3, el mismo camino que lo lleva a la Marina y los establos de caballos Sunriver. Está a 5 minutos a pie del centro de la naturaleza y a unos 20 minutos del centro comercial. Nuestro condominio tiene una vista inmejorable del lago Aspen y el monte. ¡Soltero! El patio trasero tiene vistas al lago Aspen y al monte Bachelor. Se pueden ver ciervos, cisnes, patos, gansos e incluso una nutria ocasional. ¡Las estrellas de la noche son increíbles! Este condominio de dos dormitorios y dos baños tiene aire acondicionado en todo. El dormitorio principal está bien equipado con una cama king y muebles de madera de mango, TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD. El segundo dormitorio tiene una reina muy cómoda y una cama individual, TV con DVD. Ambas duchas están equipadas con manubrios para facilitar la entrada / salida. Sala de estar muy espaciosa con muebles de cuero, TV de plasma de 42 pulgadas, DVD y conexión inalámbrica a internet. Hay pisos de madera en las habitaciones principales, alfombras en las habitaciones, aire acondicionado central, chimenea de gas, nueva gama eléctrica Jennair y una gran parrilla de barbacoa de gas Weber. Cada condominio de Quelah tiene su propio estacionamiento privado cubierto y espacio para auto adicional. Absolutamente NO SE ADMITEN MASCOTAS Y NO FUMAR por favor!
El complejo de Quelah Condo cuenta con tres canchas de tenis privadas, jacuzzi, piscina y piscina para niños.
El Sunriver Resort cuenta con un nuevo centro acuático y de recreación, canchas de tenis, campos de golf, tiendas, restaurantes y más de 33 millas de senderos para bicicletas para explorar.

Favorite location in Sunriver, love the lake view and quiet area. Condo was very comfortable, good beds. Kitchen was well organized and very well equipped, altho pots and pans are worn and could use an upgrade. It was clear the owner has taken care to create a home away from home.

Quelah 105 is everything I could hope for in a Sunriver getaway—and more. The condo is thoughtfully equipped with all the essentials and then some: a well-stocked kitchen perfect for home-cooked meals, cozy blankets and comfortable beds for restful nights, plus games for quiet evenings in. The communal amenities—pool, hot tub, and tennis courts—add to the resort-like feel, making it ideal for both relaxation and recreation.The owners are always available to take care of any questions or requests.But what truly sets this place apart is its location and view. Just steps from the nature center, my daily walks feel like something out of a dream. From the deck, I love watching the steady stream of bikers and walkers pass by on the nearby path—it’s the perfect spot for peaceful people-watching with a cup of coffee in hand.And the view… it’s simply breathtaking. I’ve stayed in Sunriver many times, and I can honestly say this is one of the best—if not the best—views in the area. From the living room, you can watch swans glide across the water, geese and ducks paddling by, herons standing tall, and deer wandering through the landscape. It’s like having your own private nature show.Sunriver holds a special place in my heart, and Quelah 105 is my sanctuary within it. I’ve stayed here several times over the years. Life threw me a curveball—cancer kept me away for a while—but I’m back now, and this sweet condo welcomed me like an old friend. I’ll absolutely be returning again.

Magical Weekend in Sunriver

Our family of 6 had a fantastic stay in Sunriver. The condo was clean, organized, and had everything that we needed to enjoy the long weekend. The location made it convenient to walk or bike into the village, we enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the morning view from the deck was beautiful while drinking coffee.

Great stay in Quelah

We had a wonderful post-Christmas stay. The location is fantastic. Great views of Lake Aspen changing throughout the day. It is also very close to the mall. The condo had all the kitchen amenities needed and plenty of space for a family of 4. Communication with the hosts was excellent. We hope to come back soon!

Loved this place

We have frequented Sunriver for several decades and stayed at many properties- this one is one of the top locations for us. We loved the view of the lake- it was serene and quiet. And lots of walks on the paths around the nature area/observatory were beautiful in the snow. This compact and well-appointed place is ideal for a couple or two or a small family. The kitchen is well equipped as well. We will be back.

Birthday Getaway

We had a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving. The location and view from the condo couldn’t have been better.! We enjoyed watching the swans and geese. A stroll around the pond we spotted otters playing. Owner Chad was so helpful and kind with our numerous date changes.

Stayed for a wedding at Fort Rock park. This location is close enough to everything in Sunriver. The view off the back of the nature reserve is great. We enjoyed the space and that both bedrooms have their own bathroom. Living space is cozy and kitchen is a nice size. Other than needing dusting the unit seemed clean. Communication was A+

This condo is right on Aspen Lake. It’s a beautiful view. We loved sitting outside and watching the family of swans that live on the lake. It is very peaceful. It has a great location and is only minutes from all parts of Sunriver.

Perfection!

This was my 2nd time staying at this condo and I can’t wait to go back next year! Location is perfect. Kitchen has everything you need to eat in every meal, which I did—saves so much $$. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. I love the back deck to sit out and enjoy the amazing view of Lake Aspen and all the wildlife!

Perfect for both relaxation and recreation.

The view from the back porch is just as pictured, and “Gus” (a large resident swan) greeted us from the pond as we opened the screened doors to bask in the fresh air and sunshine. The walking/cycling trails are extensive (including unpaved mountain bike trails), and the location provides great access to the nature preserve just across the pond, the marina, horses, the river trail, golf, and Sunriver Village grocery, restaurants, and shops. Our only disappointments (which had nothing to do with the owners) were that the tennis nets were not yet up on the Quelah courts so we couldn’t play (pre-Memorial Day weekend) and there were two “prescribed burns” in the vicinity that limited outdoor activity on those days. That said, the beautiful location, well appointed condo, responsive owners, and many available activities promoting both rest and recreation are what we will again look forward to on return visits! Thank you, Jodi & Chad!

Over the years Sunriver has become a respite from noise and busyness. Here we slow down and connect. We watch the sunrise and the sunset. We listen to the rustle of the wind in the leaves. We try. We have a full house of kids. We would love to share with you in hopes that you can rest, recover and enjoy each other and all the discoveries around you!

For the view of course! Well, we love the pool so close by, and the swans for sure too. We love the fact that there is a hot tub available and near in the cold seasons. We love that the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is full of things you need. We love that there is room for kids, but also for couples as needed. We love the fire place and cozy blankets. The heat in the winter and the AC in the summer.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The view. Many Sunriver rentals are dark and under so many trees its hard to see the sun, here the light in the evening shines through the glass door and brightens the room. You can watch the sunset as you make dinner.
