This three-bedroom (each with an en suite bathroom) 2,800 square foot house sleeps 10 and has incredible, unobstructed, ocean views. This villa has its own private infinity pool, enormous balcony with outdoor and indoor spas, flat screen TVs, free wireless Internet, outdoor & indoor dining areas, a full kitchen, living room and family room. You have access to 11 pools, 9 restaurants/bars, 3 spas, fitness center, beaches, pickleball courts and tennis courts at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach. There is a free shuttle ride to Pueblo Bonito Rose and Pueblo Bonito Blanco on Medano Beach. Your stay includes daily maid service and concierge services. Your personal concierge can help with reservations at all of the activities available in Cabo. Or just relax and unwind at your Montecristo Villa.

No requirement to purchase all-inclusive meal/beverage plan but an all-inclusive plan is available through the resort.

Resort has access to Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, and a children’s daycare with many activities is available.

Full size kitchen with an island equipped with stainless steel appliances and blender to enjoy your margaritas. Dining both inside and al fresco complete with barbecue grill. Open airy floor plan. Ocean views from all bedrooms and living/dining room. Private full bathrooms for each bedroom and 2 half bathrooms, one of which is just off the infinity pool. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet. Chaise lounges plus other seating around pool and upper balcony. Villa is equipped with a washer and dryer. A private covered car port is attached to the villa.

This villa is located in Montecristo Estates II, which is closer to the ocean, the golf course, and the amenities of Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach than Montecristo Estates I. It also avoids the hills that are prevalent in Montecristo Estates I.

This villa is available for check in on February 15th and check out March.1st. If you prefer just one week, check-in dates are February 15th with check out February 22nd or check in on February 22nd and check out March 1st.
