Fun time with friends!! The house was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood is a bit run-down but u can see that people r buying homes and trying to turn things around. We felt safe the entire time. The renovations to the home are very nice. And If i could give more than 5 stars for the hosts communication I would. When we had a few questions, she responded right away. I highly recommend this host!!

Our overall stay was great! A lot of improvements to the house! The downstairs bathroom was a lot of fun with the heated automatic toilet! The neighborhood looks a little sketchy, but we did not have any issues whatsoever. The location is great as far as getting to attractions and the falls. Communication with the owner was great! We always got a response quickly with any questions. Overall, we would recommend this Vrbo when staying in Niagara Falls!

Great house and host!

The house was perfect for all our needs for the week. Communication with our host Emily was amazing. She was receptive with any questions. Laundry on sight was key!! House was quiet and so was our end of the street. The area was a bit uncertain. We were unable to feel safely walking to the convention center where my granddaughter was performing. However it was a quick drive - less than 5 mins. Would rent here again if available. Thank you Emily!!!

Easy walk to Niagara Falls and great spot for families

We stayed for a week over the 4th of July. The location was great for an easy walk to Niagara Falls state park and a short drive to anything else we could want. The house was small to sleep 8. I was worried with our party of 4 that the house was too big but the kitchen, dining and family room were much more situated to a small group even if the beds slept 8 in total. There were a lot of fireworks set off in the neighborhood (in addition to the professional shows) on the 4th. That didn't bother us because we hadn't brought our dog but beware about staying over the 4th of July if you have a pet who doesn't like fireworks. Overall would definitely stay again.

Family vacay with our pups

The house was very welcoming, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The biggest bonus was being able to bring our pups. The fenced yard was perfect for them, although it could use some repair. The neighborhood is old and run down, but we did not feel unsafe. The one neighbor across the street was very friendly. We had no issues. We even walked to the falls, just like the ad says. It was a reasonable walk. It was also extremely nice to have 2 full bathrooms for our family's use. Most of the other homes available in this price range only had one. This home is an old home, but has many recent updates. We had no complaints. We did wish there was more seating in the living room. Perhaps a nice, overstuffed chair in the corner where the victrola was displayed. The victrola could go in front of the window. Thete was a nice collection of games for the kids, but I must admit we didn't use them or the TVs because we were exhausted after our days at the falls and on the lake. All in all it was a lovely vacation.

Good location to the falls, also drivable to other points of interest in WNY & Ontario CN. Our group was all adults: parents & college-age children. We experienced no issues during our stay. The host kindly reached out our first day & left an open invitation to contact them with anything we might need.

Niagara Weekend Away

Quick Baby Moon getaway! The house was lovely, very clean and comfy. The host was super responsive and kind. Honestly one of the best experiences, they were on it. The location was not ideal in terms of aesthetics - there were abandoned houses nearby and the neighborhood was run down, but nothing that felt dangerous. Overall this was a good experience!

Great location to the falls

Had a great time. Location was close to all the attractions at the falls. The house was clean, beds were very comfortable, and well equipped to meet our needs. Would definitely stay there again.

Good Place to Stay in Niagara Falls, NY

This house has all you need to make good memories touring around Niagara Falls on the Canada & US side. Easy access to attractions. Niagara State Park is a doable walk. The beds are really good. Plenty of room. Thanks for letting our dog come as well. The host is SUPER nice.

Good stay!

As others mentioned, the neighborhood leaves something to be desired when driving in, but we knew that ahead of time due to previous reviews and felt safe during our time there. The pictures of the house are accurate and it’s well decorated/set up. We appreciated the host reaching out to welcome us and ask for feedback early on. We shared a few things they said they would work on for the next guests. We had two pre-teens with us and our two pups and really appreciated them allowing our dogs! They even provided water & food bowls for them, but we had brought our own. The fenced in yard was helpful but did get muddy due to rain while we were there, so we used the front/side yard a bit too which weren’t as bad. Another bathroom would be nice for families, but we made it work! The mattresses are super soft so just something to be aware of. They had two TVs with access to streaming services if you sign in to your accounts. Basic supplies available in the kitchen for cooking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the proximity to the falls. We took several walks to the falls and downtown area to save on parking costs which was nice!

Wonderful stay

This property was great! Very clean and super close to the casino and walking distance to Falls. We walked down Niagra blvd at all hours of the day and night. Neighborhood is older but felt completely safe walking at night when we were coming back in from exploring. Host was great and added very nice and thoughtful touches. 100% stay here again next time we visit!

Convenient and comfortable stay in Niagra falls

5 day stay with family while visiting Niagra falls. Its walking distance ( under 5 minutes to Seneca casino, and a 3 minute drive to the Niagra Falls state park. The house is updated and equipped with all your traveling needs. The neighborhood was quiet. I'm comfortable with city living and felt safe. The NY side of the falls has struggled to make revitalization happen. Housing is being torn down and there is a lot of neglect in the area. So if you need a picture perfect experience probably skip the NY side all together. This house is a great offering and one of the only in the area that is not a commercial hotel .

Nice house

Overall, the housemet our needs and I appreciated the little things the owner did to make the stay nice. Although, there was a brand new lawn mower at the house and I saw they had just cut the front, it would have been nice if the back was cut too. I was out there alot with my dog and it was long enough that I was being mindful of ticks. I also had to scoop some poop out of the backyard from another dog. My dog wanted to roll in it. There was an aboundoned house across the street and an abandoned toilet was sitting on the curb, which made me glad I brought my dog. The neighborhood is better than it looks. I did take a couple of walks with my dog. Overall, I appreciated the stay, the house was clean, and the location was good as far as how close it is from Niagara Falls.

Niagara Falls Vacation

Amazing home. Remodel is beautiful. Very Very Clean. Location is excellent, close to everything. Felt very comfortable and safe. (Really need a bathroom downstairs) we had an amazing trip and would stay here again. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.
