This home was built in August 2022 and offers two bedrooms with 3 beds (sleeps 6) a spacious open layout living room and kitchen and huge bathroom. Across the street from the NF State Park it is walking distance to the Falls Attractions and Casino! 310 A (lower)

We went to see the falls and were not disappointed. I was skeptical of the claim that they were within walking distance. You could hear them from the front door! A very short and peaceful walk through a park to the rapids. What a surprise. Night views with the spotlights were a bonus. We slowly walked another 10 minutes following a paved path along the river taking pictures the whole way and we were there, no crowds, no lines, no tickets needed. Just a great view of the falls. A bit further over a pair of bridges and we were at the horseshoe portion an arms length from the cascading river. Much more than we expected. Round trip to and from was less than 2 miles.

The property was great other than the upstairs sounded like elephants. We wanted to relax and sleep in and that def didn’t happen due to whoever and tromping around above us.

Great place to stay, close to falls, casino and Anchor bar. Anchor has the strongest cheapest drinks (Crown Royal) anywhere!!!!

Property closely located to many attractions. Comfortable, ( altho mattresses would be more comfortable if a little thicker). It had been missed by the cleaning crew but Frank got them in really quick with no hassles and great after that.

Nice, clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location across the street from Niagara Falls State Park. Many restaurants within walking distance. We drove to a grocery store a few minutes away to stock up on food and snacks. We didn't drive our car anywhere else during our 4 days there. The condo was less than a mile walk over the Rainbow bridge to Queen Victoria Park in Canada. They ask that you don't wear shoes inside, so be prepared with socks or house shoes. There were plenty of towels in the bathroom and the kitchen, plus a roll of paper towels. Plenty of outlets everywhere and a nice charging station in the living room for both Apple and android devices.The bedrooms are roomy and have plenty of storage.The pots and pans are peeling and scratched, so we weren't able to cook anything with them. There is one large baking sheet that is in good shape.Loved having a dishwasher and laundry machines.

The place was great, very convenient to the falls and many restaurants all in walking distance. Host is very responsive and the townhouse was great. Very clean and well maintained.

We had a great time at this condo! It had a very spacious layout and there were plenty of towels/supplies provided in the kitchen. It was convenient to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. The people upstairs were a little heavy footed, but I always bring a noisemaker so it wasn't too bad. I would definitely stay there again!

Perfect for our family of four

My wife and I have two teenagers. This was the perfect place for our family. Three beds provided one for each of our children. Spacious living room and bathroom as well.The access code on the door lock was provided a few days before our stay and worked perfectly. Had to tap the keypad a few times to wake it but it worked every time.Everything functioned properly. The Keurig and several pods were a nice touch. As were the water and snacks. Plenty of towels as well as full kitchen items.The location is directly across from the walking path that leads to the rapids ahead of the falls. Made for a nice walk to the falls. There are a number of restaurants in close proximity to the property. We even ate at Amala in the Cambria hotel next door. It was very good.Parking is included in the hotel lot next door. Tip: park on the side street next to the property to unload/load the car. The walk to the lot is around a fence and is a little longer walk.

GREAT location!

Niagara Falls - the city - is a ghost town, nothing is open on the US side, except right in front of the State Park. However, where this townhome is located is perfect for a nature side of the falls themselves. The park is preserved and safe. Daily walks are the best listening to the falls. The furniture in the home needs to be updated to better quality. If you get bothered by a very paper thin mattress and a dorm style couch, you will not be comfortable in this VRBO. If you like to stock your VRBO with groceries, there is no grocery store within walking distance. Our UBER cost 25 each way to get to a grocery store. All in all, the place shines for it's location. If you love nature and love State Parks, this is the place to stay while in Niagara Falls!

Fantastic location!

The townhouses were in the best location and a short walk to the state park and the falls, restaurants, and shopping. We didn’t have to drive at all to get around there…loves it! And the townhouse was clean and easily accessible for a family member visiting with us that had less mobility. Thank you!

Perfect Place for a Great Niagara Getaway

This townhome delivered as advertised. Amenities were great - comfy bed, plenty of towels, toiletries, and the welcome basket was a nice touch (hubby loved the snacks!). Frank was responsive with check in info. too. The location was perfect for us as we like to walk, and we could walk everywhere. We didn’t have to move our car all weekend!

Convenient to falls/restaurants and clean.

Good stay, one suggestion. Street parking cost is expensive. One parking pass for a local hotel lot, but we had 2 cars. That local hotel was kind enough to give us a gratis pass for the 2nd car. :-)

it was ok

I stayed there for two nights there. the location was great. The house itself was not clean enough. there were so many blood stains all over the comforters and pillows. Also there were so many hair on the floor of bathroom and in the shower. I spoke with the owner the situation and he asked if I want to have a person come over to clean up. The rooms have to be cleaned before I check in not after.
