This loft was renovated in 2023 in one of the most safe neighborhoods in the city. With brand new high-end Anthropologie furniture throughout, the loft features original hardwood stairs, wall-to-wall windows in this corner unit, brand new kitchen appliances, a primary bedroom furnished with a cooling gel memory mattress queen bed, 52" Smart TV, desk and comfortable full day bed that is hand carved exotic wood. Wifi and firestick (it's the Cable of the future that provides on demand shows/ movies/ Live games/ music/ Netflix/ documentaries etc) also installed and ready to go. The cozy kitchen is fully equipped with all brand new appliances, plates, and flatware you'll need. There is an in- building laundry area with a washer and dryer. And the home has an incredible air system that cools the place in seconds. There are also 2 closets for storage.

Fire starters for the fire pit and Nintendo Switch gaming are available upon request ; the Host will provide fire starters and Nintendo switch gaming system for an optional fee of $5/pack and $10/ day respectively (gaming system must be requested for the entire stay duration).
