Welcome to our beautiful single family home located in Towson MD. Unwind in our King Suite with a private full bath, plus 2 additional bed rooms and a sleeper sofa. This home is spacious with an additional 2.5 baths and a finished basement featuring a walk out patio. Guests are offered a cozy and comfortable retreat, complete with a fully equipped kitchen perfect for all your cooking needs and a private parking pad as well as convenient on-street parking. Our guest can also enjoy the spacious deck that over looks the backyard; perfect for your morning coffee.

The house was spotless and beds very comfortable. Neighborhood was nice, quiet, with plenty of street parking. Rhonda was quick to respond to any question. We had a great stay.

The home was beautiful. The only issue was one of the black dining room chairs were broke and we didnt know until one of my guest sat down and fell to the floor. And, there stains on the bedroom covers. Besides that, everything was perfect.

Loved the stay and location. House was great! The only thing was that the pictures listed an extra bed/room that wasn't in the house and when I reached out to ask about it I didn't receive an instant response.

Everything was great but we noticed an odor in the kitchen. I guess the last guest put food in the sink. Other than that it was great. Plenty of space and otherwise very clean

Comfortable Stay/Nice Home

My co-worker and I had the opportunity to stay at this property during a work function nearby. The location was good, home was comfortable to stay at, and the check-in/check-out process were hassle free. The price was very reasonable and the home offered the amenities we needed for our stay.

We booked this rental to get ready for the party, and have a place for everyone to sleep. & get dressed. Everyone enjoyed their stay. The house was very clean and well kept.

The house did not have four beds as listed. There were three, no futon as shown. One couple left altogether, and two of us slept on the sectional. And while it is fine for watching TV and relaxing, it certainly isn't for sleeping. Checking in was a bit rough. I had to get VRBO to reach out to get any info. The house is clean, but lots of cosmetic issues, which is only a problem because you also have to pay a separate insurance policy for this house, and there is no way to verify what damage was already done, and there were no instructions for check out, so fingers crossed. The neighborhood was nice a quiet, and a great location near downtown and TU. Plenty of parking. Fine enough for the night, but pretty underwhelming.

Good location

Was as listed, basics all there. Not Luxury. Location good. Nothing extra. Wi-Fi problems mostly sorted out by host. If there are more than a few people buy disposable cutlery. Bring bath towels you can’t see the light through, that was frustrating.

The property did not sleep 8 as stated. 1 person had to sleep on the floor and the other on the couch. There were no instruction on how to leave the house so you can get your cleaning deposit back. It was just ok, its not luxury.

Quiet and tidy

Our family had a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is quiet, check-in was easy, parking was easy, beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It is also easy to get to downtown Bmore and Towson. The house was very clean (the cleaning crew did an excellent job) but there were a few minor things that need a little touch-up (some fresh paint on a few areas, replace the feet on some of the chairs in kitchen so they aren't wobbly, and replace the upstairs carpet that is starting to roll and has some stains). The dining room table is quite small, but we made it work. We didn't have any children under 5, but if we did, we wouldn't let them on the back deck. There are parts of the railing missing, so a small child could fall or get their head stuck in the wider parts. The deck is sturdy, but the railing around it needs repair.

No heat.

Well, the title says it all. We checked in and felt cold. We then checked the thermostat and it was at 56 degrees. We figured that the heat just needed to be turned on so we tried to turn up the thermostat. We woke up to find that it was still freezing (56 degrees) in the house so the heat was either cut off or not working. To spend what you spend in cleaning/convenience fees, this was unacceptable. Thankfully we just needed one night and not multiple. We also found that the couch in the living room was stained, was all set with hanging out and watching tv in there.
