The Elizabethan:
Discover a charming 2-story converted townhome-esque unit nestled just outside Atlanta in a quiet Smyrna neighborhood. Immerse yourself in the calm atmosphere of this fully equipped property that offers abundant comfort. Conveniently located 10 min from The Battery, Truist Stadium, Cumberland Mall, and highways; 35 min from the Atlanta Airport. Self-check-in to unwind after a day out with the 75-inch smart TV in the living room, complimentary snacks, and rest in the over-sized bedrooms. Smyrna is a great place to stay when visiting Georgia to avoid the bustle of Atlanta but not be too far from tourist attractions.
The space:
The space is a 2-floor unit that is on one side of my home with its own entrance. There is a kitchen, laundry space, full bathroom and living room on the main level. The bedrooms and second bathroom are upstairs. There is a door that remains locked separating the units (hotel style) and noise does not easily transfer. While guests can access the backyard from the living room, it is not a prepared space and should not be considered with your review of the home. Our backyard is a work in progress, and we hope to design a nice outdoor space for guest use in the future!

The entire unit B is for guest use. There are no shared spaces

We have a strict no smoking policy anywhere on the premise and we cannot accommodate pets due to sensitivities.
