Welcome to Hites Peak, your private retreat with no close neighbors! Million dollar views all around greet you as you walk in the front door! So many windows in this light bright home with vaulted ceilings, cozy fireplace, huge tv, large balcony, generous dining and kitchen space, game area in unfinished basement and fantastic location just a few minutes to the North Conway strip, skiing at Cranmore, Attitash and others, Mount Washington, Jackson and tons of hiking and biking trails.
The space
Living area, dining area, kitchen and master bedroom (full size bed)all on main floor feature stunning views! Two other bedrooms are on main floor, one with twin bed and one with full/twin bunk bed. Upstairs features 1 bedroom with a queen, 1 bedroom with a full and 1 bedroom with 2 twins plus 1 bathroom and generous loft area. Each of the larger bedrooms features its own rock climbing wall!. Third bedroom has tv with xbox one and lots of games! Unfinished basement features ping pong table, basketball hoops game, mini pool, arcade game, darts and other fun
Guest access
Drive right up to your front door and park just a few feet from the front door! Personal access code to the front door allows you immediate access to let the fun begin!

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah place. It was clean ,spacious, comforatble, thoughtfully designed and beautifully decorate, so much more than we expected, special in basement, pool table, game...lot of funs. We had a great time and would love to visit again!Also Sarah quick respond when I have questions. Location was very convenient.I would highly recommend this place.

Spectacular Views / Great Family Vacation

Spectacular views and plenty of space for the whole family. We loved our stay. The house had everything you could need. It was clean and comfortable. Location was also a plus as it was a short drive to lots of attractions in the area.We were able to see fireworks on the fourth of July from the local towns while on the deck. That was pretty special.Would recommend for anyone with a large family looking to enjoy the North Conway / Bartlett area.

Fantastic house - best house in NH

Our family had such a good time at this house. The pictures don’t do the view of the mountains justice. The deck is beautiful. Our kids loved the games and everyone was happy to spread out. Owner was super responsive. We would highly recommend.

Weekend Trip

We had 8 of for a quick weekend golf trip. The view is amazing from the deck. We were fortunate to have sunny weather all weekend. The host is just amazing!!

Mountain and valley view charm

Great house for families and groups of friends. Scenic view from the deck cannot be beaten. The house is clean, has plenty of space for different activities including a basement loaded with games. Host was very friendly and willing to accommodate early arrival or late checkout, though we did not need either. We are definitely thinking of coming back next year.

Communication with host was almost instantaneous. Check-in was quick and easy. Kitchen had everything we needed with an unexpected bonus of an air fryer exactly like ours at home. Toaster has a gluten free setting. There was ample counter space that was much appreciated. A family member has multiple allergies which allowed us to keep a separate space for their food and utensils to avoid cross contamination.Wi-fi accommodated everyone. Teens enjoyed the games and space in the basement. Adult son appreciated the location of minimal light pollution so he could set up his telescope for astro-photography.The house layout was great and parking right in front of the door without having to climb flights of stair was a bonus. We’d definitely stay again.

Spectacular!

This was the best property we’ve stayed in by far for our annual visit to Story Land. First off, the house was extremely clean and we loved the layout of the house. The living space was so comfortable with stunning views from the living room! My husband and I loved the little home decor signs throughout the house. We also love how close it was to Story Land and The Red Fox. It is our favorite place to go for dinner! It’s also close to the center of North Conway. Location is everything to us. We had such a great experience and we hope that we are able to come back next year!

wonderful property

Three of us stayed for a late winter ski trip for 4 nights. The property is less than an hour away from 10 different ski resorts so it is centrally located for skiing. Property is also just 10 minutes from downtown North Conway but in a secluded and quiet neighborhood. Views of the mountains from the outside deck was amazing. The first night was clear and stargazing was spectacular. The house is very clean, probably one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The home could easily fit 8 or more people and we had more than enough room for the 3 of us. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had no problems preparing meals. In the evenings we had a lot of fun in the basement playing pool, ping pong, cornhole and the pacman/donkey kong video game. Also cozying up to the fire after a long day skiing was very comforting. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very nice. I am sure the views in the fall of the nearby mountains would be amazing. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area.

We chose this property for it's amazing views. The cleanliness and neat, well kept area. The proximity to hiking, and skiing yet not in a busy, noisy setting. We are able to enjoy the hustle and bustle a very short drive away but come back to a quiet serene home.
