Ocean block condo with outdoor pool - just steps to the beach and Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the ocean view from the beautiful balcony! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo has large living, dining and kitchen areas that include various appliances such as a tea kettle, so you'll have plenty of room to enjoy yourselves. The main bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen sleep sofa in the living room so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. The condo also has high speed internet/wifi, cable TV, central A/C and a full-sized washer and dryer. This second floor condo comes with two unassigned parking spaces and the building has an elevator. The Island Cabana building is centrally located and is close to restaurants, bars, shopping, mini-golf etc.

*Pillows and blankets/comforters are provided. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $137.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

***We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.***

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule.

*For the comfort of all guests, this is a non-smoking property. This includes E-cigs, vaping devices and medical marijuana. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas, if available.

* No pets are allowed at this condo, sorry. This includes emotional support animals.

Guests are responsible for ensuring compliance by all members of their party, and by booking, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this these terms. Any violation of the above policies may result in eviction, loss of rent paid and an additional charge of $500.
