Awesome property, great views, great location in North Ocean City and great communiciative owner. New condo managment company made it a little difficult with the new airtag process and requied parking fee.

Great Stay

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. It's a great location on the beach and close to a lot our favorite restaurants in northern OCMD. We thought the unit was very clean when we checked in and the owner communicated expectations well leading up to and throughout our stay. The property itself was well maintained and clean throughout. We spent all our time at the beach, as we weren't overly impressed by the pool. We intended to make use of the tennis/pickleball courts which also looked to be in good shape but didn't get to it. We would rent this unit again.

Best Views

The front balcony view is beautiful all day & night. We also took in the side balcony gorgeous views of the sunsets every evening. The pool is lovely. The condo was clean upon arrival & communication with the host was exceptional.

Ocean front condo

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view of the ocean. It was easy access to the beach as well. The location also offered plenty of dining choices near by.

Great Place to Stay

Spent a week with my wife and two young children and my parents...place was great! Clean, updated, each room had its own TV. The views are awesome (direct beach view), the beach was steps away, and the beach and pool were busy but not overcrowded which was perfect. The Owner was very responsive ( we didn't have any issues but he was prompt in returning emails) and everything was as advertised. Would certainly rent again.

Nice place on the beach

The place was nicely renovated and was very spacious for my husband, myself and three kids. The location was also perfect. Near restaurants, access to the beach etc. I did however have to sweep the floors throughout the entire place upon arrival. It was very obvious that the cleaning people did not clean the floors. Sand was everywhere. My son's toy rolled under the couch and when I went to get it, there was a ton of sand under the couch. A vacuum cleaner would be a good idea to have on hand. Also, the mattress in the master bedroom was sunken in on both sides of the bed and I ended up with a terrible backache on the trip. I think it's due for a new and better mattress. Other than those two issues. The place was renovated nicely. We enjoyed the view of the beach from the balconies. At night it was lovely sitting out on the balcony and looking up at the stars, while listening to the waves.

A fantastic week with our family!

Our family had an amazing week staying in this beautiful home! The balcony overlooking the beach was beautiful and so relaxing, and we even saw dolphins a couple of afternoons! The pool was great too! Neither were too crowded at any point. We were able to walk to many restaurants during the week so also good. Overall, a fantastic week!

Lovely Oceanfront Condo

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Braemar Towers in a lovely three bedroom, two bath condo that faced the ocean and was on the beach. The living room and kitchen are open concept which made for a nice area for all of us to enjoy down time, watching television or movies, eating, and enjoying time together. The condo is very family friendly, and the building has a very nice built in pool that we enjoyed every day. We also really liked the location, as the beach was populated by families and not overcrowded. We enjoyed a nearby Waterpark and restaurants; in fact, there were lots of activities and restaurants for children and adults to enjoy together. The owners were very responsive when we had questions or needed anything.

It was a great stay but check in was a little rocky

Overall a great stay and would stay there again! Beautiful views and comfortable to lounge and sleep. The pool was great and game room is open! The only small issue we had was upon arrival we were not told we needed a check to pay the amenity fee and get our parking passes. My father arrived first and didn't have a check book thankfully I did but we were stuck in traffic so had to pay it the next day. They almost refused to give us our parking passes because of this. I let the property manager know so hopefully it won't be an issue in the future. Also the management office closes at 5:00 so if you get there later you would not be able to get your parking passes til the next day. Another thing is the lock is a little difficult until you get the hang of it. Turn key all the way to the left and keep pressure on it and push in as you turn the door knob.

Excellent!

The condo was very clean and the beds/sheets were super comfy! The view and location was awesome- it reminded us more of Rehoboth/Bethany Beach than the traditional Ocean City where it can be a bit wild and dirty.

GREAT property.....but

GREAT property. Fantastic views, well stocked with everything you need. Covered parking. All you could ask for. Property owner vert responsive with concerns. CLEANING staff lied to owner about a "dirty" pillow that we had nothing to do with. Cost us an additional cleaning charge that was unfair. We will not rent this property again because of the lying cleaning staff. What a shame!
