This is a 600 square meters Multi-Storey Villa with a total of 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, living spaces with kitchen. A/C available in the entire property. Outside you will enjoy a great large terrace with jacuzzi pool and stunning sea-views. A lovely rooftop with another jacuzzi as well as a solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas. At your disposal also an indoor Sauna and a Turkish bath.
Also, you will enjoy a direct sea access. To reach the sea you will have to climb about 150 steps. At the sea level you will find a concrete platform with steps to enter the water.

A garage suitable for 3 cars is available. First two cars included in the price, third car at extra charge.

The TV is set up to have access to Netflix so you can stream movies or watch TV shows. This is a family friendly location, suitable for events too as well as a wedding party.

You will walk to the town of Minori (8 minutes walk) and you will find great coffee shops, lovely restaurants as well as the beach with the ferry dock.
Many other popular attractions are nearby.
With a short drive you will reach the towns of Amalfi, Ravello, Positano.

►► First Living Room and Kitchen.
The living room is comfortable and has a relaxing vibe. Enjoy comfy wrap around sofa and extra chairs for seating. There is a smart TV and you can have Netflix using your passwords.
The attached fully stocked kitchen with table and chairs is a cozy space for enjoying a good meal and/or cup coffee (or better yet, both!).
There are pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, bakeware, fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker, blender, crock pot, a kettle, dishwasher, and more!
We provide salt, pepper, bottled water and even a coffee corner.

►► Second Living Room, Kitchen and Sauna.
A fully stocked kitchen with table and chairs is a cozy space for enjoying a good meal and/or cup coffee (or better yet, both!).
There are pots, pans, bowls, a strainer, utensils, bakeware, fridge, electric range and oven, microwave, toaster, standard coffee maker, blender, crock pot, a kettle, dishwasher, and more!
We provide salt, pepper, bottled water and even a coffee corner.
Next you will find a small living space with a table and a few chairs, as well as a Sauna and a Turkish Bath. At your arrival we will show you how to use it! Included in the price up to 3 hours of Sauna.

►► Bedrooms and Bathrooms.
There are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms within the two neighboring villas.
All 7 bedrooms outfitted with super comfy mattresses, high quality bedding, plenty of pillows, and fresh linens for your comfort.
In five bedrooms you will find a king size bed.
In one bedroom you will find a queen size bed.
In one bedroom you will find twin beds.
An extra baby bed is available too.
All bathrooms offer a stand up shower. Each bathroom has an hair dryer and there is a first aid kit on one bath. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body-wash. We also provide fresh towels, wash cloths, cotton balls, cotton swaps and a few extra rolls of toilet paper.

►► Laundry.
There is a washer and dryer you may use during your stay. There is also an iron and ironing board.

►► Outdoors.
There is a large terrace with stunning sea-views and a lovely jacuzzi.
An outdoor kitchen with pizza oven is available. This pizza oven is available only if you book our house pizza chef.
Inside the property (indoor kitchen) there is another oven available for you. A grill is available and we provide grill tools.
On request a professional chef is available at any time!
There is a large table with chairs under a pergola and comfy sunbeds to enjoy some relaxing time.

Another lovely rooftop terrace is available with another jacuzzi as well as a solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas. A bathroom is available on the rooftop terrace.

►► Parking.
There is a private 3 cars garage for you to use, first two cars included in the price. Third car at extra charge, EUR 30 per day from November to March and EUR 40 per day from April to October.

A Tourist City Tax have to be paid at the property: EUR 3 per night per person.
