Enjoy the open layout and million-dollar views with floor-to-ceiling windows and 2 master bedrooms with incredible lake views on the main level. One additional walkout guest bedroom with stunning lake views and 2 custom built-in bunk rooms are on the bottom level. Each bunk room sleeps 6 people. Enjoy the majestic views of Carter Lake Reservoir by the cozy fireplace in the gorgeous open-concept living area or on the spacious deck. You’re likely to spot deer, turkeys, and hummingbirds coming within feet of the property during your stay.

This was an amazing property. House was beautiful and well-equipped with so many outdoor spaces to enjoy. Views were gorgeous and we loved seeing the wild turkeys and mule deer on the property. As another reviewer had mentioned, the house was a little hard to find using gps, especially coming in at night. I would suggest getting directions from the hosts, just in case. I would highly recommend this property!

Great spot for CSU graduation!

We had a large group of family joining us from around the US to celebrate our grad. Plenty of space for all of us to spread out. We had ages 1-72 join us. Beautiful home and Suzi quickly responded to our questions. GPS was a little confusing getting us to the right driveway when arriving so more detailed directions and description of what to expect when arriving would have been helpful. Overall, it was a great stay and would stay again with a large group.

Celebration of life!

The process was streamlined. The location and of the house was so beautiful and everyone love the area and we were able to accommodate our celebration . It is truly a gorgeous area to visit. We loved the stay.

Beautiful, new spacious house - perfect for multi family getaway!

This was one of the best vacation rentals we've stayed in! The place was huge, with a well stocked airy kitchen, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. We enjoyed walking down to the lake and watching the wild turkeys and deer on the property. The furniture was very comfortable (I want that sectional!) and the amount of seating was well set up to accommodate a large group. We had our whole extended family (4 adult siblings spouses/kids, plus grandparents) stay and we had plenty of room. Highly recommend!

Classy and Functional

My grandson’s wedding brought us in from many directions. Amazing place to come together. Yoga, Tai Chi, or simply sit on one of the several sweet spots on the porch to take in the mountains, lake, and all the flourishing wildlife. Beautiful. The layout of the home was perfect for multiple people wanting privacy, yet also wanting to spend time together. Just perfect. You cannot be disappointed - regardless of where you are coming from.
