Enjoy an updated and welcoming coastal getaway on the island of Siesta Key at the charming Solitude Suites. The “Sunset Suite” features a cozy living/dining/kitchenette area with a 65” TV, plus a separate bedroom and bathroom. Step out from the bedroom onto your private open wood deck, complete with table and chairs for taking in breathtaking Siesta Key sunsets. A brand-new shower was added in December 2023! Just a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the beach, with free kayaks and tiki huts included.



The Space:

Updated in 2023, this unit is fresh and inviting.



It features new grey luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, freshly painted blue walls, brand-new furniture, a 65” TV, and a sleeper sofa in the living room, accommodating up to four guests. The spacious bedroom boasts a king-sized bed and its own A/C unit for personal comfort. The bathroom offers a beautiful new walk-in shower, and the master bedroom opens onto a wooden patio with a table and chairs. Bright, spacious, and modern!



Amenities include a small cooler, Bluetooth speaker, beach towels, foldable beach chairs, and pool/beach toys (with a $100 fee if the speaker or cooler are not returned). Onsite, you’ll find community laundry, free parking, a heated swimming pool with a waterfall, a fishing pier/boat dock, sun loungers, and a ping pong table under a tiki hut.



The kitchenette comes equipped with a full-sized fridge, freezer, ice maker, microwave, drip coffee maker, Keurig, toaster oven, blender, plates, silverware, glasses, a Bluetooth speaker, and a mini cooler for days at the beach or pool.



Guest Access:

Enjoy shared laundry facilities and a pool accessible to all units, along with a waterfront dock.

Free open parking is available for one car per unit, and complimentary shared, unsecured Wi-Fi is provided.

Guests can also take advantage of free kayak use.

A copy of a guest’s ID (driver’s license or passport) is required, and please note that any third-party credit card fees are non-refundable in the case of cancellation or changes.



The Neighborhood:

Located on the beautiful island of Siesta Key, this spot is truly amazing! Enjoy an award-winning beach along with fantastic places to eat, shop, play, and relax.



It’s just a 10–12 minute walk to the nearest public beach access and the charming village area. The free Siesta Key Breeze Trolley stops right outside the parking lot, offering a hop-on, hop-off tour of the island. You’ll also find plenty of free golf carts and small buses to take you around, or you can rent bikes, golf carts, and more from nearby shops.



All within walking distance are coffee shops, mini donuts, ice cream, tiki and daiquiri bars, restaurants, breakfast spots, pizza, fresh seafood, boat tours, and a marina!



Getting Around:

There are several free types of transport that run up and down the island. There is a Trolley stop right by our parking lot area in front of our resort, or you can call Frog Hop or Jonny’s Free Rides for a pick up. Just tip the driver!



Other Things to Note:

Enjoy a dreamy Tuft & Needle mattress for a restful stay.

Exterior cameras are onsite for added security.

Please note, the suite is located up one flight of stairs.

No animals or smoking are permitted inside the unit, with a $500 fine for violations.

General maintenance, pool upkeep, landscapers, and cleaning crews visit periodically.

Any third-party credit card fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation or modification.



Interaction with Guests:

Available by text or phone, no face to face interaction is necessary.
