Este otoño se realizarán renovaciones en el exterior de la Gran Torre. Por favor llame a la oficina para más detalles. Este condominio de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño se encuentra en el piso 11 de nuestro edificio Tower. La vista del hermoso Golfo de México y nuestra playa de arena blanca se puede ver desde esta unidad, que es perfecta para ver puestas de sol de la noche! Para cumplir con el Código de Incendios del Condado de Sarasota, nuestras unidades de un dormitorio tienen capacidad para un máximo de 4 personas. El dormitorio está amueblado con una cama king size con un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". El salón tiene un televisor de pantalla plana de 43 "y hay un sofá cama de tamaño completo para uso de los huéspedes. El baño tiene una combinación de bañera / ducha. La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos y todos los elementos que necesita para cocinar: ollas / sartenes, platos, utensilios, tostadora, cafetera Keurig y cafetera estándar de 12 tazas. El condominio tiene un piso de baldosas con alfombras en el dormitorio. Está amueblado y tiene un patio cerrado con ventanas corredizas, lo que le permite disfrutar de la cálida brisa tropical del Golfo de México, lo que hará que su estadía sea inolvidable. La piscina en la playa que se muestra en la foto no es parte de nuestra propiedad.

Couldn't beat the view. It was an easy process to check in. Plenty of parking. Gated community. And being the top floor and having the view of the beach and we could even see all the Lifeguard chairs. Place was a little dated, but it was more than good enough for what we wanted and needed.

Love Siesta key. Recommended suggestion

The unit needs some updates. The main problem was the passing from the beach to the building. We enjoy the place every year for July the 4th. It is the raining season and water deposits are expected. The entrance got a big and not heathy rain pond. Just passing is a hazard as well as a liability. I will recommend you to issue the problem with the building and owners association. I love the place. Thanks

Nice Property

The property was clean and comfortable and right on the beach. Description is accurate and no issues. A little dated but certainly nothing that affects the functionality. My only negative would be that for this price range, beach umbrellas should be included in price instead of being available for rent at 25 a day. Also, Having been staying in SK for 20 years, I was surprised the beach chairs weren't all set up in the morning, instead of as people came in. But again, not a big deal.

Perfect location

This was a very nice condo with a lovely view up the beach. The bed was very comfortable and the location was quiet. We had everything we needed for our 4 day stay. Office staff were pleasant and helpful. Fast, efficient check in and check out. Good parking available. The free trolley stop was on Midnight Pass Rd and convenient to the Village, Aldi and Sarasota. We hope to be back!

This is a north facing unit which is less than ideal, because the bedroom area was always very dark.My biggest negative about the unit was that it needed updating. The bedroom comforter, sheets, and pillows need to be REPLACED. Gross. The shower head is also something from the 90’s. It can’t be that expensive to replace a shower head. Other than that, it was a good visit.

Midwinter break

The location of the property was perfect, and the private beach with lounge chairs was a bonus. We could walk to Siesta Key Village from the condo or take the free trolley ride to town for dining and shopping. The condo had an amazing view, and we enjoyed the two pools and hot tub on the canal side. The condo had everything we needed, and it was clean. The decor and furnishings are getting a little outdated. The king size mattress seems to be broken and sagging on one side, even though the owners said it is newer. Overall it was a great stay.

Palm Bay Club Is Awesome...our rental unit not so much.

It’s also convenient that we can catch a trolley to down town. Great staff too! Always very pleasant! Love the fact that they supply full length beach chairs and even have a guy that will deliver them to you on your spot on the beach. We just tapped them everyday. I would definitely stay here again. I would not suggest renting through vrbo as they added an additional $233.00 fees!

The bed and all the furniture were very comfortable. The hair dryer wasn't working when we got there and maintenance replaced it within minutes. The entire Palm Bay staff was amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time at Palm Bay. Check in was a breeze. Our family stayed across the street, so we used both the pool and beach for the full four days. The room was clean and was loaded with everything you need. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a perfect view of the sunset. We had no negative things to say. We highly recommend staying at Palm Bay.
