¡Esta casa de lujo será su favorita en los años venideros! Enorme cocina abierta, sala de estar y comedor sale a una terraza desde la que puedes caminar hacia el césped y luego cruzar la playa y sumergirte en el agua. El primer piso cuenta con una cocina con granito, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable de alta gama, cafetera Keurig, 2 hornos, asientos en la isla, mesa de comedor, sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana grande, una sala abierta y separada con sillas y un futón si necesita dormir más. espacio. El primer piso tiene una cama Queen y baño completo. Hay una sala de lavandería en el primer piso con baño completo. En el segundo piso hay un segundo dormitorio principal con cama queen, chimenea de gas, baño completo con ducha de azulejos y bañera de champaña, lavabos dobles y terraza exterior. El siguiente dormitorio en el segundo piso también tiene acceso a la cubierta del segundo nivel y una cama queen. Perfect for a family gathering !

Lots of space and well equipped beautiful kitchen make it ideal for a family gathering! Great location for walking on the beach and around the neighborhood. Back yard is nice level spot for crochet a family favorite game:) although we did not use it, there is a fire pit with firewood. Comfortable and spacious !

Truly wonderful

This is the perfect vacation spot for a young family like ours (2 kids under 4). We had other friends come down for overnights with their kids and it was a blast. The rocky beach area is great for finding small creatures (hermit crabs) and treasures (so many shells) — it occupied the kids for ages. The adults enjoyed the big kitchen, lovely deck, and fire pit. A+ experience!

A wonderful space

A wonderful space to relax or party🎉Absolutely beautiful views. I do wish I was there when the hydrangea bushes were in full bloom. Landscaping could use some work. With just a little bit of work it would be as breathtaking as the view of the ocean.

Great property

Interaction with Colleen was great, very responsive and informative. The check in and check out process was simple. The property was very clean, provided for all of our needs from towels to kitchen needs. The views from the house were great and the neighborhood was quiet. Our stay was very relaxing and provided for a great getaway after a hectic graduation week of activities. Will definitely consider returning.

Gorgeous waterfront home

We have rented this beautiful home for a week every summer for the past six years. It is conveniently located in Bourne. A lovely, protected beach is right behind the house -- perfect swimming for little ones. This year we rented a kayak and stand up paddleboard from Cape Cod kayaks. Very convenient -- delivered right to the house. This home has everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Cape. The kitchen is well-appointed and the house is immaculately maintained. I'm sure we'll be back.

gorgeous and palatial with nice views of buzzards bay and the mouth of the canal. house is clean and the kitchen has everything needed to make amazing meals for a large family. luxurious master bath, shower while looking at the bay. all the bedrooms are desirable with great views. nice area with cape coddy charm. chart room for a mudslide and lobster sandwich is a must. easy to get to and from, as it is right over the bridge. the only criticism I have is that in this price echelon I would expect the grounds to be a little better kept. I would definitely go back.

Beautiful Home

Our family has been living in a travel trailer in the Panhandle of Florida due to Hurricane Michael and it was nice to be able to walk into a fabulous home the week of our son's wedding and know that it was clean and comfortable. We felt right at home and we were very relaxed. The home is very spacious and the views breathtaking. We were there for our son's wedding, we had plenty of room to host the groomsmen on the wedding day. They enjoyed the afternoon in the yard, walking along the beach, cooking burgers, and getting ready for the wedding all together. We had the best time in Cape Cod. The wedding was everything our son and daughter-in-law dreamed of. Everyone we spoke to and used for the rehearsal dinner and wedding were so hospitable. We cannot say enough about everyone we came in contact with. We will definitely be back.

Amazing stay in Cape Cod

We were so fortunate to spend several weeks on Buzzards Bay on Jefferson Rd. Our family welcomed our first a few months prior and decided to spend the remainder of summer in Cape Cod. The house was beautiful, well maintained, and had a private beach. During our stay, we were able to host 12+ family, friends, and children while there. The kitchen was a true treat. We were able to prepare multiple meals, eat in, outside, and all together. Nights were spent making smores at the fire pit outside. We are grateful for the time we spent there and for the flexibility Colleen and the owners offered. Our family is already planning next year's trip back!

Amazing

We had a great week here! The location is perfect, just steps to a beautiful beach in a cove made for swimming and playing (especially if you have little ones). There is a big deck, lawn and fire pit all with a great view of the water, beach and the boats entering the canal, with an ocean breeze for relaxing. The house is luxurious and spacious, we fit 5 adults and 6 kids more than comfortably. The outdoor shower was a big plus!

Perfect family vacation house

Perfect for 6 adults and 3 kid ranging from 4 to 9 months. Beach was great for playing in sand and no waves to frighten little ones. Best equipped kitchen ever. Two living areas allowed space for everyone. Bed, bath and closet on first floor great for grandparents!

Lovely home on peaceful, quiet bay

Four siblings and spouses looking for a perfect place to reunite after 2 years apart, COVID and the death of their mother. The house is well appointed: comfortable beds, lots of towels, large gathering spaces, and gourmet cooking kitchen for those who like to cook. Good walks, biking nearby and nice little beach.

Buzzard Bay, Massachusetts

Great house in a scenic, peaceful setting. Sunsets were simply amazing. The location made it easy to access nearby attractions - Plymouth, Cape Cod, Martha's Vineyard. Colleen responded quickly to our questions about the house as well as for suggestions for local restaurants and transportation options to Martha's Vineyard. Went to Lobster Trap twice - can't beat the scenic view, friendly staff (and fellow customers :) and wonderful food. Disappointed we could only get to Chart Room once - spectacular sunset, friendly staff and delicious food (must have the mudslides!) Thank you Colleen!

This rental had everything we needed! The kitchen was very well appointed. We had plenty of room even though we had a large crowd. Great spot for a family reunion. Colleen was very easy to communicate with and even let us borrow a lobster pot!

Fantastic vacation in a beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in Bourne at this beautiful home. We were 2 families, 11 people, and it accommodated us well (1 had to sleep on the floor but it was fine). The beds are comfortable, bathrooms are nice. Colleen was easy to reach and very responsive when we had a few questions. The location is perfect, quite neighborhood, on a small beach. The house is in a small little cove, perfect for a stand up paddle board or a kayak, I think you can rent them and the rental place will just deliver them...we didn't do this because we were out and about doing other stuff, but it would be fun. The kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking for large groups, great appliances. We used the fire pit at night, wood available at Gray Gables Market. While there isn't really a town right near by, there are some great restaurants very close by. We also had food delivered a few nights via DoorDash and that was awesome! If you don't want to spend your time at the grocery store, you can use Instacart or Peapod and get them delivered. There is a small market right down the road, the big grocery store is about a 15 minute drive, but easy to get to. Bourne is well-located, close enough to Falmouth and Wood's Hole should you want to catch a ferry to Martha's Vineyard. In summary, we loved this house and would happily stay here again. Excellent beachfront house with plenty of space for 8-10 people

Very clean and beautiful. Situated on top of a beautiful bay and adjacent to the cape cod canal. Not much in term of restaurants. If you want to eat in and lounge by the beach all day, then this is your place.

Our family party of 10 had a fantastic week in Gray Gables - the house is beautiful, lawn perfect for endless games of wiffle ball overlooking the ocean, quick and easy access to the calm beach with swim raft, and a deck you never want to leave - the only thing missing was lounge chairs for naps, but the adirondack chairs are comfy and welcoming. The kitchen has high end appliances and great features like a huge island with refrigerated drawers - perfect for serving large family meals. We enjoyed s'mores by the fire pit at night and gorgeous sunsets over the canal. Just lovely!

Wonderful home!

Great family house on the water

Our family of 5 loved our week at this spacious house. The living areas are very open & spacious. The bedrooms are roomy and well appointed. Wonderful large backyard with fire pit. Really liked taking walks on the beach that has direct access from the backyard. The canal is very close & can be seen from the upstairs front balcony.
