Nuevos 4 dormitorios 3 1/2 baños con construido en la piscina en un entorno privado 2 acres. Un lugar perfecto para relajarse lejos de todo. Cerca de una hermosa playa de la bahía. Un montón de viñedos cerca para catas de vino. La casa tiene cuatro dormitorios, dos tienen baño privado y dos comparten un baño. La zona de la piscina cuenta con 8 sillas con cojines, por lo que es un lugar perfecto para relajarse. La cubierta de la cocina tiene una mesa y una sombrilla, ideal para comer al aire libre. La casa es ideal para 4 parejas o dos familias con niños. Propietario tiene apartamento que se usará durante su estancia.

Well beyond our expectations, the pictures posted on the site did not do the property. justice. Host was unbelievable and always at our disposal If we had any questions. If I needed a property out there in the future, I certainly would rent this one.

We loved our stay at Ralph's beautiful house. We had a teenager and a toddler with us, and everyone was able to have a wonderful time. The house is well-stocked and very comfortable, and the pool area and porch are gorgeous as well as functional. We will certainly be back. Thank you, Ralph for being such a terrific host!

Little slice of Long Island heaven!

This property was just so perfect for a mid-summer vineyard trip!!! First of all, it's all about the outdoors at this home--the saltwater pool, patio and landscaping was stunning! It was an oasis I didn't ever want to leave. The house was super clean, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was properly stocked. The location could not have been more ideal, just minutes from multiple beautiful vineyards and restaurants. (I highly recommend the owner's family vineyard, Pugliese Vineyard!) Really was one of the best finds on VRBO I've ever had! Thanks to our host, Ralph!

Crown Jewel of the Neighborhood - A 5-Star Escap!

This home blew us away from the moment we arrived. Set in a beautiful neighborhood, it stood out with stunning landscaping and curb appeal. Inside, it was spotless, spacious, and fully stocked with everything we needed.The backyard was the real wow factor—featuring a massive, gorgeous pool that made it hard to leave. Every detail was designed for comfort and relaxation.Ralph was an outstanding host—quick to respond and full of great local recommendations. If we could give 6 stars, we would. Already planning our next trip back!

Beautiful home stay on the North Fork

We had a wonderful time at Ralph’s home! The pool and backyard area was a great place to hang as a big group and central location to multiple wineries and the beach was ideal for our trip. Ralph was responsive and left clear instructions for us for when we arrived! We hope to be able to rent again next summer!

Relaxing Family Vacation

Great home in the most serene environment. Ralph was a great host. He did everything to make our stay comfortable. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool and garden were a hit with the kids and adults. Great location near all the local attractions. We hope to be back again soon.

Gorgeous place!

This place is a gem! The house is beautiful and we absolutely LOVE the pool. Our 10 month old had a great time floating and swimming in it! The host Ralph is very accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend and we are already thinking about our next stay here!!

Much needed girlfriend getaway

We had an amazing 4 nights at this beautiful, well equipped, very comfortable house. The pool is huge and such a pretty and relaxing area. There are so many little areas to discover both inside and outside this home and the grounds and gardens are absolutely lovely! Great location- We were 5-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go. Very comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we could possibly need and more. The owner Ralph was great to communicate with and very informative and responsive. 6 lifelong friends had the perfect getaway and we would all highly recommend this house.

Couldn’t have been better

We had a family reunion and the house was wonderful for kids of all ages. Ralph is a great person to deal with. Hope we get to visit again sometime. Would highly recommend this property to anyone who is considering it!

Wonderful Stay

Our family had a great time at this home on the North Fork. The house is beautiful and private and had more than enough room for my family. The pool was amazing as well. Ralph was an excellent host and answered questions quickly we had for him. I hope we can return next year!

Beautiful Home and Property!

Echoing some of the other commenters, I almost don't want to give too good of a review because our family loved this house so much we want it for ourselves next summer! In all seriousness though, Ralph is a gracious, responsive host who I thoroughly enjoyed meeting. The house is spacious, well equipped and beautiful. The pool and back yard is a great place to make memories with your family. Every night we ate vegetables from the garden and watched pink clouds in the sky as the sun set. It's near the beach, Vineyards, Greenport and Mattituck villages if you feel like interacting with people. If you just want peace, stay home, chill and enjoy the scenery. What more could you want?! Thanks Ralph.

Highly recommend

We recently rented this wonderful home for a week vacation on the North Fork. The home was immaculate, had all the amenities and space we needed, and the pool and grounds were fantastic (the kids loved the baby rabbits and deer that were in the yard every day). Very private, yet the location is great - whether you want to head East to Greenport and beyond or West to Jamesport to explore the over 50 wineries on the North Fork, several of which are less than five minutes away. Ralph is the nicest guy, was very responsive whenever we had a question, and really went above and beyond. I don't want to be too glowing in my review because we hope to be return next year before it is all booked up !

Amazing! Relaxation at its best!

This was our second stay at the property and will surely not be our last! From the moment we arrived, Ralph made us feel so welcome! The home is immaculate, clean, and has everything you could need for an amazing stay. The backyard is to die for with the amazing pool and patios. Even the landscaping is perfect! The house is located near everything and a short drive to every area of the north fork. Each bedroom has access to a bathroom and the huge dining room is perfect for big group meals! The kitchen has commercial grade appliances and made it a dream to cook. You will not want to leave and we will be back soon!

Fantastic Home In Great Location With Charming Owner

We stayed here during the week running up until Labor Day - it was 2 couples and 3 kids in total. The House is recently renovated and has plenty of space for everyone to relax or run around. The deck out back was sprawling with a great BBQ, overlooking the gardens and pool. The pool is large, clean and was salt water so we could not have asked for more. The location is perfect and not too far for the various Southold wineries, Greenport and especially close to the beaches. Ralph, the landlord, is charming and a real gentleman. He was very gracious when we arrived and had the place looking clean and welcoming. He gave us a quick tour and everything seemed exactly as described. A few days after we got home, we received a box with some of his fantastic photo calendars, some blankets which we had forgotten and (something that I have never experienced), a partial refund on the cleaning fee as the cleaners did not need to spend as much time in the house as he has budgeted. Totally unnecessary. We will be back. Thanks very much Ralph.

Luxurious house close to vineyards and Greenport

I stayed here for three nights with nine other guests for a bachelorette weekend. The house is so beautiful you kind of don't want to leave! The outdoors is beautiful (big pool, nice loungers, garden, and perfect deck for a barbecue). Modern kitchen with all the amenities. We actually did a bunch of meals here and the kitchen was great. I think 2 families with kids or 4 couples could stay here easily. Beds are super comfy and showers are nice. Ralph was so accommodating and made sure everything was perfect. I forgot something and he is going above me beyond and mailing it back to me, would definitely stay here again- and so would my friends! They all want his contact info to come back!
