Los huéspedes disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta propiedad totalmente amueblada de 4 dormitorios y 3 baños. (El tercer baño está ubicado en la cabaña y no está disponible en los meses de invierno) Un fantástico lugar de verano ... en la Península de Hogs Neck, y el Apex de Cedar Beach y el punto Paradise. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king-size, el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen size, el tercer dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial y un baño completo con el segundo baño en esa habitación, el cuarto dormitorio tiene 2 camas individuales. Todas las habitaciones tienen televisores de pantalla plana y cable. También hay un sofá cama Queen separado en la sala de estar. Esta casa puede alojar cómodamente a 10 personas, 8 adultos como máximo
La amplia sala de estar está amueblada con un gran sofá seccional y también el sofá cama de tamaño queen. También hay una gran televisión de pantalla plana aquí también. Fuera de la sala de estar hay una sala de sol luminosa y soleada amueblada con otra televisión seccional y de pantalla plana. La cocina es perfecta para comer ya que está equipada con todo lo que necesita, platos, utensilios, ollas y sartenes. encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Hay una gran mesa con 6 sillas.(tiene una hoja adicional para caber más asientos) Fuera en el patio hay una piscina climatizada y una cababna. l La cabaña tiene una ventana que se abre a una barra con taburete en el área exterior. Dentro de la cabaña es un horno de tamaño completo, refrigerador. La lavadora y secadora también se encuentran en la cabaña. Esta casa también viene con una parrilla de barbacoa, un montón de asientos al aire libre. Situado en una ACEA con 250 pies sobre el Cedar Creek. También hay un muelle para montar en un bote o motos acuáticas, etc. Un gran lugar para kayak, tabla de paddle, salir en un barco canoa o fila. También puede caminar a la hermosa playa que está a solo 200 yardas de distancia. Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una tarde de sol y nadar junto con todo tipo de actividades acuáticas y de la playa y disfrutar del atardecer.

Large property with beautiful in ground pool n lagoon. House nice but dated in areas. Not all amenities in good working order. Spacious rooms, small kitchen, layout older design. Rear room area not AC. Offers a lot but needs upgrading and some TLC.

Beautiful property with great pool!

We had a lovely stay at this property and our kids loved having access to both the pool and the bay! The hosts were very accessible and responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend!

Summer getaway

Wonderful property, exactly as listed. We spent the days in the pool, kayaking, paddle boarding, crabbing, fishing and playing basketball. Nights were spent getting icecream in Greenport. Awesome getaway!

September get away

Enjoyed the pool and the kayaks and walkable to the beach. Also enjoyed all the wildlife, blue crab, turtles, osprey, deer, wild turkeys, hawks. Lots to do with farms for apple and pumpkin picking, wineries, breweries and great fish markets/restaurants!

Family vacation

We enjoyed your home. Very quiet and peaceful setting. Our granddaughter loved the pool. My son has a small boat and loved having a dock. The kayaks and paddle boards were also used. Perfect for 7 people. Thanks.

This property is THE perfect getaway!

We loved our stay, comfortably housing 6 adults and 3 kids. There were so many unexpected pleasures, and opportunities to make family memories. We paddle boarded, canoed and fished. My grandson played basketball, and we all enjoyed the pool. My husband wants to return next year. THE perfect place for family fun and memories and very accessible to local attractions.

Awesome trip!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. The house itself was fantastic. The set up of the bedrooms was perfect to give everyone privacy. We loved the sunroom when it got too hot out. The kitchen had all the essentials. The entire house was spotless. We spent most of our time outside. The pool area was fantastic. The fridge in the pool house came in handy. There were plenty of pool floats and toys too. We loved the dock and caught a ton of crabs. We had a great time and would love to return.

Great girls weekend!

Our group of 7 ladies stayed at Alice’s lovely home recently. It was spotless, comfortable, well appointed, and cozy. The weather didn’t cooperate, but lounging around and catching up with old friends in a great setting made for a memorable weekend. Alice was great to deal with - very responsive and kind.

Fun on the water

The property location was amazing. We crabbed, fished, kayaked and swam. The kids caught enough crabs to make a delicious dinner. The vacation was restful, quiet and great fun. Would love to do it again next year. We had a small problem while there and the host responded immediately and fixed the issue. Great service.

BIG CHILL WEEKEND IN SOUTHOLD

A couple of forever friends got together for a weekend away. The house was perfect for all of us (4 couples). We cooked together, sat outside by the fire each night and listened to great music. Not once did the TV go on. We walked down to the beach, visited a winery and enjoyed some simple pleasure that life has to offer. This location was just the right medicine for a wind down weekend! Highly recommend this location for a getaway!

Very comfortable, very clean home in a very quiet setting.

We stayed for 3 days with our 2 married children and our 3 young grandchildren. The setting is really beautiful and immensely peaceful. We had plenty of room for all of us. The living room was light filled and large enough for us to all relax while the little kids played. The house is well stocked with kitchen and bath items. We were able to take short trips between nap time that kept everyone happy and busy. The owners are easy to reach and very responsive. All in all, we would definitely recommend this house to anyone who needs the space to spread out. The backyard is also very welcoming. The pool area was lovely. We sat by the pool while the toddlers napped. We really enjoyed the water views! (The pool is not fenced, so we didn't want to risk having the young ones play in the back yard, but the front lawn is spacious and safe enough to let little ones run around).

Perfect Family Getaway

Our stay in this home was exactly what we needed! The host was more than accommodating to our last minute trip and was available any time we reached out. Inside the house was just enough to take a break from the sunshine. The bedrooms are separated, so everyone felt like they had their own sleeping area (which came in handy when our baby was up most nights. The rest of the family didn’t hear a thing). The sunroom was so relaxing in rain or shine. The outside was truly breath-taking. From the picturesque views of the bay to the relaxing and fun vibe in the pool, we spent every minute we could outside. The kayaks and paddle boards were fun to use and in great condition. The dock and lounge chairs were perfect for sipping morning coffee and watching the birds on the water. The Cabana has a working fridge, a stove, washer and dryer, and outlets for speakers, etc… This definitely added a fun touch to the outdoor space! Greenport was a quick drive and a great “day in town” for all ages. There was a nearby town center for anything we needed in a pinch, and some great restaurants mentioned in the host’s welcome binder. You can make this place a staycation or venture out to the surrounding towns and close-by wineries. Truly a spectacular stay!

Overall the property has potential but working with owner to correct deficiencies was frustrating.

Let me first say, that I have rented houses on VRBO and HomeAway for over 10 years and have always relied on descriptions to be accurate. The description of this property was not. The propery was advertised as having 3 bathrooms. When we arrived we found the 3rd bathroom to be located outside and not operable. There were 10 people in our party and I booked in Feb for a June event. I never would have booked this property had I known the property only had 2 bathrooms and not the 3 as advertised. I immediately called and was met with multiple excuses about the missing commode being cracked. I was, at no point, notified ahead of time about this. They were NOT proactive at all. It took 5 phone calls to get the bathroom up and running to a minimally operational condition. I also had previously confirmed that the pool would be heated. All 10 of us wanted to use it and that was another important reason for renting this property. However, when we arrived the pool was cold and again I had to contact them to get them to fix it. It took 2 full days after repeated promises that the pool man was coming to fix it. We could only use it for a portion of the time we were there. The owner's son then spoke to me about a refund for the inconveniences, but in subsequent communications after we had left they retracted the offer. There were also many other inconveniences that took time away from my enjoyment of my vacation to rectify their shortcomings and I was left feeling very frustrated (i.e. The house was listed to accommodate 10 people, yet only 7 silverware settings and plates were available; the paddle boards were missing; pool towels missing; 2 Murphy beds that we were going to use that had mice droppings in them, etc.). In the end, we wished that the owners would have been more straightforward with their advertising and that they had honored their offer for a partial refund for all our time & energy & incoveniences. The poor advertising and lack of communication was disappointing. We had to complain just to get what was due us and that ruined our vacation.

Beautiful location

The property was in a beautiful location and was well maintained ( except for a bad ironing board and missing iron that was needed before a wedding). Only issue was the incorrect address listed on VRBO that delayed our arrival- the house is on Cedar Beach Rd and not Cedar Rd as listed.

Great stay for all ages

We had a great week at this house. Lots for everyone in the family to do, including a short walk to the beach, heated pool, pool toys, stand up paddle, and kayaks, board games…truly something for everyone. The layout was great. The kids took over the sunroom to watch tv and play games, while the adults used the living room and outdoor seating areas for chatting. Having laundry available is a home run. Store, restaurants, and wineries are all within a 5-10 minute drive. The canal on which the house is situated is very private, and the neighbors were only at their property on the weekend, so we had a very quiet week. Overall I would heartily recommend this property. We had a great time!

We Want To Go Back!

The location was perfect. The house was clean and roomy. The property was ideal for the children to enjoy themselves. We loved the pool, using the kayaks on the canal and playing in the large yard. The cabana and fire pit were a plus. And, a nature lovers dream.
