We liked the house location and the number of rooms and bedrooms. Unfortunately my review is based on the cleanliness of the unit. The dryer lint was totally full and the dryer needed cleaned before we could use. We didn’t use the oven given how dirty it was. Finally, we killed two live roaches in the downstairs

We had a very comfortable stay. The Condo was very roomy. Beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was even decorated for Halloween! Communication with our host was on point. Highly reccommend this place. We thought it was very reasonably priced.

Great first impression as we entered the property. Excellent location in terms of the clubhouse and amenities--the property is located right next to the clubhouse where the pool, jacuzzi and weight room are located. We used all three. The clubhouse is very nice with beautiful bathrooms, a well stocked weight room and good sized pool. The property is not too far from SUU and downtown. Lots of room for everyone. Plenty of dishware and silverware. Nice large refrigerator. Could use a couple of sizes of glass mixing bowls in the kitchen. There was only one very large cracked plastic bowl and one other large plastic bowl. Also, the cooking pots and pans need to be updated--the few pans that are on the property are old and some of the coating on the frying pan is coming off. Everything sticks! It would be nice to have the carpet cleaned too.Nice pillows on the couches and in the master bedroom. Couches are adequate in terms of comfort.

It was nice and Kristen was very responsive to our questions. Once the code wouldn’t open the front door but we finally got it to work. We ran out of toilet paper and searched the entire house to no avail. I messaged Kristen and she told us it was in the garage. I would recommend putting a few extra rolls in the bathrooms. But these are very minor to a very nice spacious house that we enjoyed. It was close to the Shakespeare Festival, which was the reason we were there so that was nice.

We had a fabulous stay! The condo is conveniently located close to downtown and access to the pool and fitness center was an added bonus. The owner was very responsive and gave us great tips on dining and activities.

Bristlecone Condo

We stayed for two nights with family and enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and the kitchen size provided plenty of room for food prep and dining together. We did have to stick our oldest grandchild on the coach and had hoped/thought it would be a fold out coach so it was a tight fit for him but we made it work. Loved having two and a half baths. Figured out we should only enter thru garage as front door code did not work. Lovely place place and pleased with our stay.

The home was very spacious and had a lot to offer. Communication was a 10/10 during our stay. Any questions we had were answered promptly. Definitely worth staying here if you have a group in Cedar City

Passing through

We were passing through to Cali, for spring break. Only stayed overnight, but was perfect for our group. Beds were very comfortable!!

Bigger than expected

This property is quite roomy for a townhouse. The living area is spacious with plenty of space to eat. A few things could be improved: larger garbage can in kitchen (the current one is tiny), access to paper towels would be nice...not necessary. The bed in master bedroom could use a mattress topper. Overall a nice place in Cedar City.

Very nice place!

We enjoyed our stay! The hot tub was a great place to relax in the evenings. We will be staying here again when we come to visit our daughter at SUU!!

Great, but a little untidy.

Overall, this was a great place. My 11-year-old especially liked the hidden mushroom bedroom under the stairs. there was quite a bit of debris under the couches and around the house which made it feel like it was adequately cleaned, but it was a great place for our family and we loved the location and the access to the pool.
