Excelentes vistas, vecindario tranquilo, vida cómoda y mascotas.

Fantásticas vistas al SW en una cresta arbolada a 6 millas del centro de Cedar City. Todos los lotes del vecindario son propiedades de varios acres de alta gama. Calles tranquilas, wifi, dos televisores, barbacoa, plaza de garaje. Los perros entrenados en casa, amigables y que no molesten a los vecinos son bienvenidos. ¡Necesita obtener aprobación si hay más de 1 perro! La casa está en dos niveles: 2 dormitorios y 2 baños arriba, y 1 dormitorio y baño abajo. La cama en el dormitorio principal es king size, y las otras dos camas son de tamaño completo. También hay un sofá cama queen size abajo. Todas las habitaciones reciben mucha luz natural. Una opción ideal para 4 a 6 personas.

NOTA: No hay televisión por cable o satelital. Sin embargo, hay una serie de estaciones recibidas a través de la antena, y hay Roku.

Keep it away from the vinyl siding, which can warp due to heat. 3.) Don't use the fire pit. 4.) We are on a septic system, so please be careful about what is put down the drains or into the toilets. Feminine hygiene products need to be put in trash/garbage cans. WHEN LEAVING: 1.) Please remove sheets and pillow cases from beds that have been used, and leave used towels on bathroom floors. If inclined you may put them in the laundry room or even put them in the clothes washer. We will make sure that everything is clean for the next guests. 2.) Please load dishwasher, and clean pots and pans. 3.) If you find or notice things that should be addressed by us please leave a note to this effect on the kitchen counter.

This place was perfect for our family. It's in a great location, spacious, had all the amenities, and the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definately stay here again.

This was a gorgeous, clean, and well-appointed home and we really enjoyed our short time here! The only thing that would have made it better was if we could have spent more time enjoying it and the wonderful deck overlooking the valley. It served as our base when visiting both Zion and Bryce Canyon. The host’s communications were great, and the detailed instructions for enjoying the home and its amenities are thoughtful and were much appreciated.

To be, or not--definitely TO BE!

This is our second time to stay in this beautiful home while attending the Utah Shakespeare Festival, and we will return! Love the views, the spotless rooms, and all the amenities. Easy access to downtown Cedar City, and accessible to national parks. We need to bring some family or friends next time!

Comfortable, spacious with beautiful views

This property was the perfect place for 5 adults to both gather together and spread out as needed. It's a short drive to town but far enough away to feel like a retreat with stunning views, breezy sunsets from the deck, and a quiet lovely neighborhood for stretching our legs and getting the dogs out.

Beautiful view, rooms with all needed supplies. Lovely kitchen with all needed dishes and pans. Very helpful host, there was 6” of snow overnight, he quickly had a person out to plow driveway. Snow melted next day but was like a postcard on trees.

Excellent!

The house was everything we were looking for. Wayne was an excellent host with excellent communication. Sadly half of our group flaked on us last minute, which meant more space for those of us that did show. The view was amazing, we could even see my parents placefrom the deck. Check-in amd check-out were really simple. Would definitely stay here agai.

PERFECT!

Perfect for our family. Spacious home in a quiet neighborhood with some great views, especially of the sunset. Comfortable, clean, and very accommodating with what the home/owners provide. Close enough to town without being "too close". Centrally located to some fantastic areas to visit (Zions NP, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, etc.). Owner made things extremely easy with directions/instructions and was perfectly clear on expectations for us as renters. Pet friendly and our dog felt right at home as well. Great experience and would definitely be first choice to rent from next time visiting the area.

A very comfortable house

We really enjoyed the views from the large windows throughout the entire house. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The decorations were interesting to see. This was an extremely clean and well organized place. The house manual was very complete. The quiet and safe neighborhood made our daily walk very enjoyable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Summer Trip

Gorgeous view of the valley with thunderstorms moving along the opposite mountain range every day! We loved sitting on the deck enjoying the weather. The house was nice and clean.

Everything we needed!

Great spot, clean and spacious. Perfect for a family of four. Kitchen was well stocked. A little over an hour to the national parks but the drives are easy and scenic.

Beautiful property close to everything yet in the hills

Wayne and Fran are excellent hosts. I've never seen a kitchen as well stocked. The downstairs is like a separate apartment. For a trip down memory lane, check out the vinyl collection. Convenient shopping in Cedar City and close to Zion, Brice, other parks and scenic rides. We loved our stay but could have done without the snow. Thanks

Wonderful!

This was the perfect place for our visit to Cedar City to celebrate our daughter's college graduation. Wayne's home was clean and comfortable for our family (myself, husband, two adult daughters and one senior dog) and had everything we needed. Would rent again for the sunsets from the back deck alone!

Excellent views

Excellent views of the mountain range and sunset. Quiet, nice neighborhood. Clean, spacious. Very well maintained and stocked. We found everything one could need at home. Good value for a large family/group. 10 minutes to shops/food, 1 hr to Zion.

A real home in a nice neighborhood, close to Cedar City and all the hot spots in southern Utah. Very comfortable and well furnished. You get views, quiet, a garage bay with an entrance into the house.

1. Bright and airy: Lots of windows and natural light upstairs and down.
2. Great views looking to the SW. Nice deck with a picnic table.
3. Kids can be downstairs playing with a playing board games, or watching TV, while adults can be upstairs enjoying peace and quiet, socializing, or watching their own choice of programs.
4. Neighborhood is very walkable - it is a 1.4 mile walk around a treed, rural block.
5. Neighborhood is quiet.
6. Plenty of parking. A garage bay for one car with remote control.
7. Easy access to town and freeways.
