LOCATION
Our cozy house is perfectly located on a barrier island South west of St. Petersburg,
In the quiet residential neighborhood of Belle Vista.
Just a few minutes walk to the Gulf of Mexico pristine sandy beach.
Also within walking distance to many restaurants, gift shops and much more.
Here’s a list of a few:
- Walgreens (pharmacy),
- Publix (temporarily closed),
- Starbucks coffee,
- Lido Park (outdoor play structure),
- Restaurants: Gigi’s Italian, Sandbar Bill’s, Drunken Clam
HOUSE
Bedroom 1 with queen size bed
Bedroom 2 with 2 full size beds

Good size kitchen with plenty of storage

The entire house was recently painted
The terrazzo floor was restored and polished.

Note that in this neighborhood, the City of St. Pete Beach law requires a 30 day MINIMUM STAY.

My husband and I live six months up north and then spend the remainder of our time here in St. Pete Beach or traveling around the world. In the summer time, we own and operate a Kayak Rental and Touring company. In addition, we also host international students year round in our northern residence. Both of these activities have given us the opportunity to meet wonderful people from all over the globe. Taking care of people and making sure all our guests are well looked after means everything to us. In the end, that’s what it’s all about, enjoying the experience, making memories, and being happy.
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
My family and I have vacationed in St. Pete Beach every year for the past 25 years. We discovered Belle Vista in 2007, when the local librarian hosted “story time” in one of the neighborhood's three triangle parks. We were very impressed with this community. It's one of the best on the island. It's beautiful, well kept and well loved. You could tell that these residents are here to stay. Therefore, when the opportunity occurred, we purchased a small piece of this paradise. We❤️St. Pete Beach and believe you will too.

Little House on St. Pete Beach located in the City of St. Pete Beach is unique and special because if a house is located in a municipality with the word "Beach" that pretty much says it all. The sunrise, the blue sky, the palm trees, the dolphins, the manatees, the sunshine, the sea shells, the sand, the beach, the sunset, and... repeat.
