"JUST ONE MORE" is a sweet little hidden gem located just 6 houses away from the waters edge. The views of both beach and bay are amazing. The location also offers very easy beach access.
The deck offers a wonderful large uncovered space and a wonderful covered space. Both areas offer comfortable seating and fun outdoor amenities. An 8 seater Golf Cart is another optional rental offered to the customers lucky enough to stay at "Just One More" beach house. Centrally located near the restaurants, convenience stores, gift shops, local golf cart trails, the liquor store and much much more. Jump in the golf cart or your vehicle and run over to the bait shop for bait and gear to go fishing or crabbing from many different locations on the island, set up your place on the sand for a day at the beach with your family and friends, plan a delicious BBQ at the amazing space under the house or go to one of our local restaurants for a night out.
This property has been 100% completely remodeled in 2023. Brand new electrical, Central Air / Heat, sheetrock, flooring, bedding, furniture, appliances, etc... and features 3 spacious bedrooms (1 ensuite), 2 full restrooms, fun coastal contemporary decor, comfortable beds & furniture, and most of all is available at a very affordable rate.

At Beach Resort Services, we are more than just a vacation rental company—we are a small, family-owned and operated business with deep roots in Surfside Beach. Our story began in 1957, when our parents stopped in Surfside to fish after their honeymoon in Galveston. What started as a weekend getaway soon became a lifelong tradition, leading to summers spent here as a family before finally making Surfside our home in 1976.
In 1992, our mother and founder, Catherine, who had been managing properties with Brannan Realty since 1976, took over as property manager for 13 homeowners in need—and that’s how Beach Resort Services was born. Since then, we have continued to grow, but we have never lost sight of what makes us special—family, tradition, and a passion for helping others create unforgettable beach memories.
Today, Beach Resort Services is run by a dedicated team of three—Denise, Drew, and Hope—who work tirelessly to provide exceptional service, trustworthy management, and a personal touch to every guest and homeowner we serve.
