This house was absolutely amazing. During our stay we had such peace as well as the perfect location to the beach, shops, and food. The pool and the Jacuzzi were so relaxing and there were pool accessories. There were beach chairs, umbrellas and bikes for our leisure as well as coolers if needed. The items we had access to were so well thought out it allowed us to enjoy our time immediately without having to go directly to the store. Highly recommend, loved the renovation and decor design.

Beautiful remodel, very clean, great back yard, perfect location. The AC did go out one night and repair men came the next day by noon, unfortunately the first time they didn’t notice the unit needed Freon but was able to come Back that evening. We were refunded one nights stay which was nice for the inconvenience as we had to be there for both visits or the repair people would be given the code for the house which I was not comfortable with. Do also realize to get to the back yard you have to go through one of the king bedrooms. Beds were comfortable but the shades in both king bedrooms did very little to keep out light. If you like to sleep in on vacation it’s not ideal. Also the blinds make constant noise with fans and AC on. Property manager was quick to respond about the AC. If curtains replaced the vertical swinging blinds or added to keep out light shinning in the master bedrooms we would stay here again.

Best Vrbo ever!!

We had a wonderful time at this Vrbo!!! it was three bedrooms, very clean and very adorable decorations! The outdoors was an oasis! The pool was very clean and had a hot tub and a cabana with lovely seats and plenty of lounge chairs!! we enjoyed our stay there and we had several requests that we had to ask for and they were very accommodating. I will be back to Naples and I will be back to stay here. Thank you so much for everything. You were great and we loved your house.!!!

Disappointed

We chose this property to celebrate my 34th birthday with family. It’s a beautiful house but unfortunately has a terrible host. On the last night, July 7th, which was my birthday, we returned to the house in the evening to find the air conditioning was not working. We contacted the owner, Michael, who informed us that due to the time and day, it was impossible to resolve the issue. Half of the family had to leave the property because the high temperatures were truly unbearable. It was a horrible way to end a birthday. Michael only gave us an apology and informed us that he would refund the payment for that night in exchange for not leaving a negative review on his page. After writing to him several times, he stopped responding, so we filed a complaint directly with Vrbo, which also didn’t take responsibility for our compensation. This man will not take any responsibility for ruining your stay at his property, will mock you, and try to negotiate something that is his responsibility in exchange for not having a review that exposes his poor service and lack of interest in his clients. The money that Michael said he would refund does not compensate for the bad night we spent in his house, and we never received anything because his response to us was: after the 15-day period during which the possibility of leaving a review expires, then we will refund your money. Stay away from this place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This older home in Naples Park has been beautifully refurbished in a relaxing beach style with contemporary furnishings. It is very well equipped with everything you need for a great vacation. All new appliances, plenty of towels for home and beach, bikes, beach equipment and really comfortable outdoor seating spaces. The pool and hot tub is perfect for young and old alike. We particularly loved the location, minutes from great beaches and shopping. Michael the host deserved a special mention, he was superb. Very happy with our choice of vacation home.

Great experience

I have booked many homes often much larger and more expensive, but this little gem was a fabulous find. The property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. The house was perfectly prepared for our stay with a starter basket of dish soap, dishwasher and laundry pods, paper towels, coffee, etc A travel size bottle of body soap, shampoo, and hand soap in the bathrooms. I find these small details to be a luxury, saving me time and money. The house was very clean and cozy with a large sectional providing more than enough space to curl up at the end of the day. Beds were comfy with plenty of towels, etc. outdoor space is great with lots of privacy. New beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler made beach trips easy. I give the location and home a 5, but the neighborhood is just ok.

The pool is the best part, we enjoyed the sun poolside daily and the hottub was easy to heat with the ipad they keep at the house. I would recommend this house, and would stay there again. Its convenient location is near the beach and restaurants and shops. Michael was great to work with!
