Guests will have full access to the property. A smart lock is installed on the front door to enable easy and secure access to the property during your stay.

Each bedroom has been carefully designed to create the ultimate cozy retreat after a long day of exploring Sedona. We pride ourselves in providing high quality bedding and design.

Bedroom 1 (King): Enjoy your own serene private retreat featuring a large king bed with four pillows (two firm + two soft) and luxury hotel-grade linens. This master bedroom has an en-suite master bath with a grand spa-like bathtub and travertine tile walk-in shower. Black out drapes and shades cover each window to ensure you will have a restful night's sleep (even in the summer, when the sun rises at 5:00 AM!). This room also has a 50" smart TV and walk-in master closet so you can relax and unwind to the fullest.

Bedroom 2 (King): This bedroom features the same high quality bedding, pillows, and king mattress as Bedroom 1 to ensure your comfort. The room also has a 50" smart TV, black out shades, full length mirror and an open spacious closet with suitcase bench. The second bathroom is immediately adjacent to the bedroom and is shared with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 (Queen + Bunk Bed): The queen bed and both twin beds are equipped with the same high quality bedding and pillows as described above. This room is the ultimatel cozy hideaway that the kids or extra guests will enjoy! Bathroom access is immediately adjacent to the bedroom and shared with Bedroom 2.

Upon entry into the home, you will find soaring ceilings and magnificent heartwood beams throughout. The home is open concept, so you and your group will be able to enjoy each other's company whether you are cooking a meal, watching a movie, or sharing a meal.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a functional kitchen design that the chefs in your group will love. The island has a large gas burning cooktop and black quartz sink. The kitchen is equipped with almost every thinkable tool for food prep and cooking. Coffee and tea are provided.

The indoor dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats 8 people. The family room features a large gas burning fireplace and a 65" smart TV. We provide a house copy of a Sedona hiking book, hiking map, and trail recommendations so you can plan your outdoor excursion like a local! The south wall features a spectacular wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead to patio. There is a private office area off the main living room for you or any of your group to work remotely if needed.

This home features abundant outdoor relaxing and game areas so you can maximize the outdoor beauty and weather that Sedona has to offer. The covered patio has plenty of comfortable seating and a breathtaking real-wood burning Southwest style Kiva fireplace. There is also a gas grill and counter prep area as well as an outdoor dining area that can seat up to 8.

Can you say "Fun-dona?" Large yard games are featured throughout the backyard including a human sized Mega Chessboard, Yard Yahtzee, XL Jenga, and Mega Connect-4. Relaxing hammock chairs are also provided in the backyard for those who would rather spectate.

There is plenty of driveway and a dedicated street level parking. The area is walkable to restaurants, shops, hiking, and ATV/Mt Bike rentals. Grocery stores are a quick 5 min drive away.
