Pony Soldier Circle is a sleek and stylish 2-bedroom 2-bathroom Sedona vacation home with 1,464 square feet of newly renovated modern interiors, spacious outdoor living, and a prime location in the heart of West Sedona. Plus a brand-new hot tub!

On entry, you’re welcomed by an open great room with loads of natural light, brand-new contemporary furnishings, and plenty of space to relax, unwind and settle into your Sedona vacation. There are two separate seating areas to spread out, watch your favorite shows, play board games or curl up by the fire on cool evenings. The dining table seats all your guests, and the modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large island counter with seating, and all the essentials needed to entertain friends and family.

Go outside to a private oasis for year-round outdoor living complete with a BBQ grill for family cookouts and outdoor dining, two shaded seating areas with Adirondack chairs, an outdoor fire pit, a herb garden, and a fully-fenced yard for privacy.

This modern Sedona home comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in two beautifully appointed king bedrooms, each with a flat-screen TV. Bedroom 1 has desk space for remote work, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and bath/shower combo.

This house is in a beautiful neighborhood in West Sedona. Short drive to grocery stores and Uptown Sedona. There is everything you need. Even more!! It is very clean and nicely decorated. Since you can bring pets we could smell it when we entered the house - smelled a little bit like a wet dog. Letting fresh air inside the house helped this problem. We recommend this house to everyone. We were two couples and enjoyed being here to the fullest.

Very well maintained house and great location

This was the perfect little house for a week stay in Sedona. Most places list they have all the amenities, especially, the kitchens and they really don’t. This house DOES have everything you need for a stay away from home. Plus, very clean! The management company was okay. I call to ask a question on where something was located in the house as the instructions indicated a certain way to do things and I was able to speak to someone right away who said they’d find out and call right back. Never did. Not a game changer. I’m sure I could have called again but really didn’t care at that point.

Fabulous Weekend in Paradise

We love love loved this beautiful 2 bedroom home, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend getaway from Phoenix. Close to our favorite hike, restaurants and more: Our host Brittany was available when and if we needed her. We will definitely be back!!! Five stars

Lovely Sedona Vacation Spot

My family stayed at this wonderful and very comfortable home. We enjoyed it tremendously. Close to hiking trails, restaurants, yoga studios, grocery stores and shopping, this property has it all. The home is well appointed with many conveniences and the property manager was very responsive to a few minor issues that arose and were taken care of immediately. I look forward to staying at this property again!

This is one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Super clean and outfitted with everything you need - a full kitchen with all of the cooking supplies, towels for the hot tub, even the garage was spotless! Two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms were perfect for two couples. We would certainly stay again.

Female Friend Trip

Safe neighborhood and walking distance to some trails. GREAT location and home was charming and clean. My only suggestion would be to ask management to hose down and wipe table outside since it is right under some trees. Trees have birds that eat and poop 😃🐦‍⬛but it was all good and we wiped everything down..Def stay here again. Thank you Foothills Property!

Great Location!

The house was close to town and also several trails. We were able to go back to the house and refresh during the day on some of the days. We really enjoyed having our own private hot tub at the end of a long day of hiking. Also to sit outside and enjoy the stars. We were thankful that the owners had a cooler that we were able to use during our stay to take sandwiches and snacks during our hikes. We highly recommend this house for others who are looking for a great place to stay while in Sedona!

In love with this house. Truly feel like home.

This house is beautifully decorated as described. It has all the supplies that we need. We used washer and dryer in garage. It has laundry pods there. Also saw doggie bowls and poopy bags if you have pets. The highlight for us is the beds. There is a king size bed in each bedroom. We are firm bed people so we all love the beds. It’s as comfortable as the one we have at home. We sleep very good every night. Kitchen is well stocked with supplies and spacious. Bathroom with all toiletries if you are not picky. I brought my own. Communication for checking in and out is easy and clear thru emails with phone number to call if needed. Location is great. Close to grocery store and restaurants. It's a quiet neighborhood when we were there. We didn't use the jacuzzi. We are not familiar with it and seems a hassle to set up. Enjoyed sitting at the backyard. Watching squirrels and listening to birds.

This home was the perfect size for our family. The location in Sedona was perfect with many hiking trails in close proximity of the home. There was more than enough of the basic necessities to last for the week that we were there (paper towels, toilet paper, dish liquid etc. . .). The neighborhood was very quiet.

Quiet, well-appointed and fantastic location

The property is exactly as advertised. Four adults stayed for four nights. There was plenty of room for us to socialize. The proximity to the trails was fantastic as we could walk to the trailheads. The neighborhood was mostly quiet (except for folks racing up to the trailheads each morning). We would definitely book again.

Excellent!

Home was very clean and perfect size for our family with 2 kids sharing the second bedroom. Great touches and amenities throughout to make our stay feel very homey. Towels dishes etc were of good quality and in appropriate quantities. Location was excellent to access trails, particularly those in the western part of Sedona. Getting to east Sedona or Oak Creek was difficult but we found plenty to do avoiding the traffic that exists between this location and those places. This was no fault of the property itself just to point out if you had specific sights or restaurants in those locations I'd suggest finding something closer or planning for traffic.

So perfect! West Sedona is the place to stay and this is perfectly located.

I stayed here last week on a solo writing retreat. Booking and check-in were professionally and easily managed. The house is fantastic. It has a huge great room and kitchen in an appealing open plan. The bedrooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are both a good size. The backyard is so private and has several lovely seating areas. I am a hiker—I loved the proximity to so many great hikes, and you can easily walk to Whole Foods, two gyms, and several restaurants. The kitchen is super well stocked, and management was responsive when I had a small issue with figuring out how to turn the outside lights out. I often rent in Sedona and always book a different place each time. Not anymore. I will be back.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

This is a clean, comfortable, extremely well organized/appointed home, with lovely touches (like the soft throws to use while watching TV, fresh ground coffee, purified water, bathroom essentials). Quiet neighborhood close to downtown, restaurants, grocery stores, as well as a couple nearby hiking trails. We loved the cozy, private backyard with grill, fire pit/seating areas. Kitchen was well equipped, which we appreciated because we frequently cook at home. Beds were comfy. Master bathroom bright and roomy. TV’s all worked, and picked up many channels (Even our hometown sports!) Our only complaint was that we (my husband) couldn’t use the hot tub because the chemical/chlorine content was too high and he reacted immediately with a nasty body rash). All in all, 5 stars! Would definitely recommend.

Incredible house-perfect stay

Incredible house! Beautifully decorated, completely renovated and super clean, fully stocked with everything needed and more (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, hand soap, tissues...). House location is PERFECT to do it all in Sedona. Close to the popular hiking trails and the free shuttle, restaurants, shopping, grocery store, etc. West Sedona is close enough to downtown but just outside the crazy traffic. House is in quiet little neighborhood nestled under the big red rocks (house has a small partial view). Beds are comfortable. Linens/towels are high quality. Backyard is a perfect oasis. Hot tub was super clean. House is perfect for 2 couples (or a family). Plenty of common space and seating. Both Bedrooms were good size. Kitchen was well stocked. Management Company provided an area guide and communicated often with all the key information needed. Check-in and check-out was super easy. We absolutely would rent this house again! House is truly a great place. We highly recommend Dahl & Deluca Italian, Rascals, The Hudson and Lisa Pisa pizza. Devil's Bridge is absolutely worth the hike. Arizona Safari Jeep Tour Rim Run Supreme is awesome!
