Luxury 2 bdrm Antigua Holiday Home at private Nonsuch Bay Residences

We are excited to share our family vacation home to other family and friend groups to enjoy and create amazing memories.

This is NOT a busy beach community so if you’re looking for a very quiet relaxing vacation to get away from it all then this is your destination!

Located in a private gated community at Residences in Nonsuch Bay, Antigua, the luxury home has 2 spacious master suites, 2 full bathrooms (tub and showers), relaxing living room, dining room that comfortably seats 6, and we’ll equipped kitchen with Viking appliances (microwave and fridge).

The veranda is also very spacious with an additional dining area, and also lounge chairs to enjoy the stunning views and tropical breeze.

We also just installed a new state of the art a/c into each of the bedrooms AND the living room - I believe we are the only home in the area with an a/c in the living room.

We have a smart TV in the living room AND a smart (Roku) tv in the master bedroom.

The first master has a king bed. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be set up as another king bed, if you choose. There is also a futon type sofa in that bedroom which folds down to a single bed which is great for a kid/teen or young adult.

Only steps to one of the 2 community pools and only a 3 minute walk to the beach and also a new restaurant opening December 1 (check for open hours) which has the 3rd pool for their guests to enjoy.

A variety of excursions, including a small boat to Green Island can be booked for pick up right on the Nonsuch beach. Green island is great for snorkeling and they also have a top restaurant, The Reef which is the destination for a very special meal and experience.

Antigua is known as an incredibly friendly, safe and welcoming Caribbean island and boasts 365 beautiful beaches - one for every day of the year!

We also have a wonderful housekeeper to help you with detailed information during your persona check in greeting.
It’s also important to note that the holiday home is approximately 30-45 minutes from the airport which is easy to get to whether you choose to rent a car or taxi. Either way you must stop by the supermarket on the way to get food/drink supplies - there is not a store in the gated beach community. The taxi’s are all very used to the supermarket stop for all guests. We do also leave some coffee, tea and a few snacks for you in our welcome basket :)

If you choose not to rent a car we can recommend a great taxi driver to take you to other parts of the island and beaches - Half moon bay beach with a fab on the sand restaurant is a very short 10 minute drive and is a much see! Super easy taxi ride. Taxi prices vary but we have personal recommendations which are the most cost effective.

Please note that there are steps to get down to the front door but no steps inside the house.

There is a camera located OUTSIDE the front door that is on at all times.

If you are staying longer than 10 days then it is required to have a mid-stay clean at $75 paid by you directly to the cleaner.

Please note NO parties, NO smoking and NO pets as the owners have severe allergies. There is a fee of $5 per day per person that must be added to your booking for the government per person per day fee for accommodation.
