Check out this stunning new villa featuring 7 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious dining room for up to 16 guests. With a massive double kitchen inspired by HGTV, 8 beds catering to 16 guests, and pet-friendly amenities, it's the perfect getaway. Enjoy a 3-car garage, a vast grassy backyard with a pool and spa, a playhouse for kids, smart TVs, and the convenience of being near the Las Vegas Strip and the airport. This fully fenced, secure, and pristine property is an incredible steal at under $1499.

You will have access to the entire property, everything is private, nothing is shared. We don’t provide propane for the fire pit or the grill, you’ll have to get the tanks refilled yourself at any gas station or Home Depot.

Pool and spa can be heated for a small charge.

No street or driveway parking allowed, all cars have to be parked inside the garage.

Please note that this is a strictly NO PARTY - NO EVENT house.

The property is in a convenient southeast Las Vegas location, just off Russell Road near the intersection of major routes. You’ll be close to the airport and the Strip, but also in a quiet residential area that gives you a nice balance of access and relaxation. Grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping options are just a short drive away, and it’s easy to reach the MGM Grand and other central Strip resorts in about 10–15 minutes depending on traffic.

The kitchen was great, nice and large for cooking meals by multiple people. The entire house was clean. If there had been code acess to get into the front door, it would have made coming and going easier for our elderly guests. There was an electrical issue in the primary bedroom with the bed side lights. But over all we had a wonderful stay.

This house had everything we needed for a bachelorette weekend. 10 of us stayed at the house and we were very comfortable, and check in with Linda was a breeze. She was very communicative over the weekend when we had a couple of questions come up, and responded to my messages right away. The outside space was comfortable and clean, we hung out in the pool and by the fire pit, cooked full meals in the kitchen, and had a lot of fun all getting ready to go out together. Getting Ubers/lyfts to and from the house was quick, as was getting to and from the airport as it’s only about 9 mins away. Would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay again with a large group!

Lots of space

Our group of 14 really appreciated the well planned layout of this property. There was plenty of room inside and out for us to spread out, or hang together. We especially loved the living area with all the seating, and the wonderful kitchen area with the huge kitchen table.

Beautiful Property

The property was beautiful and spacious, close to the airport and about 20 minutes outside of the downtown strip area. We enjoyed having the backyard space with the pool, hot tub, grill and fire pit. Plenty of space to entertain, converse and relax. The kitchen and living room was spacious and it was lovely to have TV’s in each room. Property manager was responsive and easy to communicate with. Entering and exiting through the garage only was a bit tedious and difficult with suitcases over gravel and one time the garage door needed to be reset, but owners did not want front door utilized.

Picturesque and Peaceful

We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It’s on a main road that leads to anywhere you’d want to go, there are goods restaurants nearby, The house rule book can be intimidating, but if was very easy to relax and there was never a feeling of being policed. The entry/exit is awkward because of a safety feature added to the front door. The kitchen is stunning and there was a great selection of cutlery, glassware, dishes, and cookware. I travel with my own spices but was delighted to see that there was moss than salt and pepper in the cabinet. We’d definitely start again!

Great space

Close to LV and everything else.. super clean. It was a little under stocked in the kitchen equipment on arrival but we requested a few things and they were delivered within a few hours so super impressed with the service. We paid for the hot tub to be heated but it never was so not sure what happened there but would 100% stay again ❤️

Perfect stay for a large group!

Was looking for a big home to house several friends & family from out of the country…..this home was perfect! Such a beautiful home and easily accommodated everyone. We also loved the proximity and ease of coming and going to the Strip!

Fantastic stay!!!

We absolutely loved the property - if we could change anything, it'd be to add more bathrooms! But that's just because we want to stay here again and next time we're in Vegas, we'll have too many of us for 3 bathrooms. Thanks so much for everything! It was the perfect home for our 2 week work stay.

the house is very nice, with plenty of rooms. My comment is regarding the fact that it is not well equipped. There was nothing there except one towel per person so one could not change a towel if needed. No basic condiments were left, like salt, pepper or sugar or even garbage bags so we had to go shopping late at night so we can have a coffee in the morning. For a house that should accommodate 16 people there was definitely not enough cutlery to eat. Otherwise the house is lovely, clean and very comfortable

The property looked just like the pictures and the location was great. Really short drive to the strip and very close to the airport. Linda (host) was GREAT. Reachable at all times and extremely helpful with everything we needed. She met us at the property and showed us around. The only thing i would note is that the description on vrbo is fairly off. The description reads that there are 3 bathrooms and 3 half bathrooms. Which i would take to mean it was 6 total bathrooms but there are only 3 full bathrooms. The advertisement also states that there is rv parking. We had 15 passenger sprinter van. Although Linda made it possible for us to park at the property. It is said that there is NO DRIVEWAY PARKING. One of the main reasons i choose this property was for the rv parking. Please do not take this as a bad recommendation because we would definitely stay here again if needed, just want to let everyone know that there is no rv parking here. Again Linda made it possible for us to park our sprinter van. Thank you Linda for everything
