Escape to the serenity of our charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom mountain retreat house, nestled just by the main road of Massanutten Rd on flat ground. You don't need an All-wheel drive! You'll be within easy reach to Waterparks, ski slope, hiking trails, biking routes, and great brewery nearby. The Harrisonburg town center with James Madison University and a variety of shops and restaurants and the famous Shenadoah Valley, Luray Cavern, is just a short drive away.
Our spacious retreat can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests.
The main features include:
Bedrooms: Three private bedrooms with real log bed frames and comfortable mattresses and bedding and ample storage space in closet and dressers.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms with bathtub/shower combo, fresh towels, toiletries, and hairdryers.
Living Room: The electric fireplace is perfect for chilly mountain nights. 2 sleeper sofas that can be converted to full size bed.
SunRoom: Filled with sunshine and breathe taking mountain view, foosball table, an epic pac-man game arcade and a new streetfighter arcade, basketball game, foosball table, a smart TV and a convertible futon. Enjoy the family fun here. easy access to the deck as well.
Kitchen: A fully-equipped kitchen with all the essentials for your culinary adventures. K-cup Coffee, tea bags, cream and sugar provided. 2 types of coffee makers and coffee grinder provided for all coffee lovers. Air fryer, waffle maker and toaster also provided.
Dining Area: A dining table with seating for six, ideal for family meals. 4 additional stools in the next room can be moved to join the dinning table.
Outdoor Deck: A large deck complete with a BBQ grill and outdoor dining area suitable for up to 6.
Firepit: Roast marshmallows under the stars around our outdoor firepit. (NOTE: Do NOT Leave open fire unattended).
Hot Tub: indoor for better privacy. Access from the master bedroom or the game room side door.
Guest has access to the entire house except the owner's closets, garage and crawl space.

Our mountain retreat is situated in heart of the all-season resort providing all year long fun for the entire family. Guest can access the Owner association's outdoor pool for a cost of $6/day/person between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Wi-Fi is available for staying connected, but the mountain lifestyle encourages you to unplug.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and a one-time fee of $100 per pet. (max 2 pets allowed.)
Please put correct number of the guests on the reservation. There is an extra guest fee over 6 to accommodate the additional expenses.
