Unwind and relax at our newly renovated mountain cabin retreat! Just minutes from Massanutten Resort skiing and indoor water park; <20min from Shenandoah National Park, Skyline Drive, and Harrisonburg!

Located <5 minutes from the ski slopes and the indoor water park, this cabin sleeps up to 12 via 4 bedrooms and 2 comfortable futons. Our cabin has all you need for a memorable vacation – a fully-stocked kitchen, hot tub under a covered and waterproofed patio, game room, and ski/snowboard mounts. This cabin also has two living rooms, each with its own 4K TV and fireplace.

Most charmingly, this cabin has a themed magical Harry Potter cupboard under the stairs, complete with Gryffindor robes, floating candles, and a magic wand made of unicorn core.

PARKING:
Driveway fits up to 6 cars (3 rows of 2 cars side-by-side); additional street parking available if all 4 wheels are off the asphalt; additional parking at MPOA parking lot 5min away

ACCESSIBILITY:
- Stairs between all 3 floors; anti-slip tape installed on each stair
- Driveway is steeply sloped
- Paved access from driveway to basement entrance; paver stones & a few steps from driveway to main front entrance

- Baby gate installed on top floor above stairs/outside of master bedroom

MPOA COMMUNITY RULES:
1. QUIET HOURS: 10 PM – 7AM every day. Keep noise indoors during this time. No excessive noise at any time
2. PARKING – All tires must be off the roadway. Do not block fire hydrants. Do not park in front of other properties. Buses, campers, and RVs must be parked in overflow at: Hopkins Park at 1977 Massanutten Dr or MPOA Owners' Swimming Pool parking lot at 4007 Peak Dr
3. PETS – On leash at all times when outside. Clean up after your pets.
4. TRASH – No trash outside, including in screened in porch. Dumpsters at 4007 Peak Dr
5. FIRES – No open or unattended fires. A grill is not considered an open fire
6. ALCOHOL – No open containers on roads or in common areas
7. ADMIRAL SECURITY SERVICES – Reminder to call 911 for all emergency requests. Security can be called if you have a noise complaint, see open fires, someone parked in the road, oversized vehicles, suspicious activity, etc.
