Due to Maui’s rural location, you may experience the occasional rooster or harmless gecko.

Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaiʻi — please don’t harm them. The HOA performs regular professional pest control, but insects, rodents, and lizards are part of tropical life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you notice more than normal activity — we’ll work with the HOA to assist.

Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of small island wildlife. Despite regular professional pest control, occasional encounters are part of normal island living.
