The fully equipped kitchen is well stocked with everything you may need to cook for family and friends and features granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The living room offers ample, comfortable seating, with sofa and leather swivel chairs, as well as a door leading to the unit's covered porch and swimming pool area. The master bedroom offers guests a King-sized bed, flat screen television, double closets, and ensuite bathroom with beautifully tiled tub/shower combo. There is a bunk nook, perfect for traveling with children, as well as a pullout sofa, allowing the unit to comfortably sleep 6. An additional full-size bathroom with walk-in shower is located off the living room. There is also a washing machine and dryer in the unit.

- This is a ground floor condo, however, you must travel down a flight of stairs from the parking area to the front door. There is no elevator available.
- Beach towels are not provided. Guests must bring their own.
- We only provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, toiletries and toilet tissue.
