Esta casa adosada hermosamente decorada de 2 dormitorios y 2. 5 baños se renovó con buen gusto en enero de 2019 y está ubicada en una de las áreas más deseadas del extremo oeste de la playa de la ciudad de Panamá. Estamos ubicados en la hermosa Costa del Golfo, a solo 2 millas de 30A y 7 millas de Pier Park. Esta es la Unidad # 20 en Ramsgate Harbor, una urbanización de viviendas de poca altura en Panama City Beach, Florida. Este complejo de baja densidad ofrece unas vacaciones de playa agradables lejos de las multitudes.

La casa unifamiliar es una unidad de dos pisos que puede alojar cómodamente a seis personas. Las habitaciones se encuentran arriba. Nuestro dormitorio principal frente al golfo tiene una cómoda cama tamaño king, armarios espaciosos, TV y un baño privado hermosamente renovado con ducha de gran tamaño. El dormitorio tiene ventanas de piso a techo con acceso a su balcón privado con vista al océano. El dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama tamaño queen, TV, amplio armario y baño privado con una combinación de bañera / ducha.

La sala de estar ubicada en el nivel principal tiene ventanas de piso a techo con vista al golfo, un sofá cama con un colchón tamaño queen, un televisor de pantalla plana de 50 "montado en la pared, reproductor de DVD y cable WOW, además de un fabuloso balcón frente al océano. El comedor actualizado tiene capacidad para 4 personas en la mesa y 2 más en la barra de desayuno, que ofrece un montón de espacio para comer y juegos de mesa. La cocina está bien equipada para aquellos que disfrutan de cocinar con mucho espacio de gabinetes y una despensa. La lavadora y secadora están en el armario de la lavandería. También hay un medio baño conveniente en el salón principal.

Cada reserva entre el 1 de marzo y el 15 de octubre incluye servicio de playa. Esto incluye 2 sillas de playa estilo centro turístico y una sombrilla de gran tamaño que se instala en la playa cada día durante su visita.

Además, disfrutará de la piscina junto a la playa, baños, pabellón con parrillas y estacionamiento cubierto.

Los huéspedes deben tener 25 años de edad para alquilar y ocupar este condominio. Ramsgate Harbour no permite mascotas. Esta es una unidad para no fumadores.

We loved the condo and can't wait to book it again! Everything was clean and the kitchen was fully stocked for our nights in. We enjoyed the balconies and the comfortable beds. This is the best kept secret along 98.

Relaxing stay at the beach

We enjoyed staying at Ramsgate Harbor because it is a beach front property, less crowded than high-rise buildings and easy to get around the area. Our condo was quiet, clean, well-stocked and well-maintained. We enjoyed using both upper and lower decks overlooking the water. We appreciated the beach service. This condo will be our first choice when planning another stay in the area.

Great location on quiet beach

Enjoyed the location and the place in general is very nice. The only complaint are the beds are extremely soft - personal preference for a more firm bed. Kitchen is nice and plenty of room!

Beach Getaway

My girlfriend and I went to relax as she is getting married in 2 weeks. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable I feel like when I need a good nights sleep I need to come back. Everything is so close and also having the beach chair setup everyday was such a nice added amenity. I have already rebooked. The host is very responsive and super easy to work with. Thank you.

First Time PCB…WOW ⭐️

This was our first trip to Sunnyside/PCB as we typically vacation in Fort Walton. This was nothing less than perfect! Despite the potential scare of hurricane Idalia, this was phenomenal! The condo was as described in every aspect. My in laws took the Master suite and loved set up! In the queen bedroom, it was very comfortable. I prefer a more firm bed myself but that’s preference, it was still comfortable! My wife slept great the entire trip! The ease and access to the beach was a simple process and the beach set up was perfect. We opted to purchase two additional chairs and the company was so helpful! The chaise loungers are great and the company that sets it up was very easy to work with. They accommodated our request to have the chairs closer to the water, and since the loungers couldn’t be, they set up two additional chairs for us instead so we could all sit together and enjoy the time together! It was the perfect location also. Not too far away but close enough to get places. There were few families on the beach so it was private and relaxing! The shells were pretty cool to collect! David was so great to work with! He answered any questions we had and even assisted with us getting in earlier than expected. Only downfall to this property was the construction that cutoff parking closer to the unit but it’s not much more than a few extra steps!

Family Fun Beach Time

Ramsgate Harbor is always a wonderful getaway to Panama City Beach. This year, construction was being done prior to our stay that caused a change of condos within Ramsgate. David Dees was very helpful in getting us into a different unit for our week, and we were able to enjoy our family, play, and relax at the most beautiful beach in the world!

A Great Week at the Beach

Our family of 5 enjoyed a beautiful week at Ramsgate Harbour #20. The condo’s location was perfect for what we were looking for. It’s away from the hustle and bustle of town, but close enough to quickly get to restaurants, attractions, shopping, etc. Very convenient to have a Winn Dixie right across the street. We also walked to Bayou Bill’s, also right across the street, for dinner one night. The view of the ocean and beach from this unit is beautiful from both the living room and the master bedroom. We loved the ease of simply walking down the stairs, going a few more feet, and putting our toes in the sand. We found everything we needed in the kitchen and there was plenty of space for my husband and I and our three kids, ages 7-11. This is the place for a nice, quiet, relaxing beach vacation!

Family vacation/wedding

We had an issue with another unit at Ramsgate and David was very quick to respond and get us into his unit. The unit was very clean and has a beautiful view of the ocean. The unit was well stocked with pots, pans and dishes. The unit also comes with two very nice beach chairs you just have to let the beach rental company know how often to set them up. I would definitely recommend the unit to anyone. We really enjoyed our stayed there.

Perfect Spot

Condo looks exactly as pictured and description is accurate. We loved the location. Beach was beautiful and never crowded. Love having beach chairs already set up every day. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Is definitely far enough away from the crowds in the main part of PCB which was a huge plus for us. Very family friendly. Not one bad thing to say about our stay here. Thanks for sharing your home with us. Can’t wait to come back.

Very Nice

Our unit was very very nice~the major + was that the beds were so comfy! The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need and the LED lights in the kitchen area was so very nice and much needed. Most definitely would book this unit again but I do feel like I need to mention a few things needed~living room and both bedrooms all have ceiling fans but no overhead lighting which is desperately needed~the lamps just do not put off enough light. Love the little counter as you walk in the unit (which is part of the kitchen) as a “catch all” I would add a hook or two on the wall beside it for keys and sunglasses. There is a basket placed on that counter I suppose for that reason, however if hooks were placed on that wall the basket could be eliminated for more counter space. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rate was bc the guest bath shower curtain didn’t look to be clean~moldy….so my daughter took showers in our shower in the master. We loved our stay~I knew about the stairs however we managed and really wasn’t too much of an issue. Parking was awesome as well! Will save this stay for future trips for sure.

Just steps to the beach!

We loved having both chairs that were set up everyday and being able to spread out and put up a tent closer to the water with the kids. It was perfect for our family! The beach was beautiful and we weren’t crowded at all. A much welcomed changed from our usual place. Thanks for the memories!

Good location, quiet side of PCB

This property has a nice beach with easy access. It is a very quiet, family oriented area. The rental property was very nice with wonderful amenities. The only negative aspect of this property is all the stairs because there is no elevator. The property manager was very helpful and responded to any questions I had in a timely manner.

Great family vacation

We’ve stayed in a few Ramsgate properties for our family vacations and this was the nicest unit we’ve been in yet! Very clean, kitchen supplies were well stocked. There were even toy baskets under the tv for the kids. Great location not being directly by the pool (for us) so it’s not too loud. If taking kids who nap, or even just for the morning time, I would recommend bringing a dark sheet to hang over the window because it does get bright early in the morning. A few of the outlets didn’t work to charge our items, but I’d just move to another that would work and problem solved. We had a great time!

Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Had everything that we needed. It was very nice to be right on the beach and not have anything other than the beach in our view. There was a few days instead of packing to sit on the beach we just sat out on the patio and enjoyed the ocean and breeze from there. If you are looking for the beach that isn't crowded this is the place for you. There were times we could have had the beach to ourselves. We will definitely be back this place was perfect!!!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was great, very clean, perfect view of the water. We normally stay around Destin but found this smaller and quieter location. It was so easy to park right under the condo and leave the sand toys in the car. We were able to walk right out pass the vehicles and onto the beach. The beach wasn’t crowded at all and we had the perfect amount of space for us and the kids and could see them from the included beach chairs. It’s close to 30a and PCB. Very easy access to Publix, Winn Dixie, and CVS. We cooked in most nights but ate at Bayou Bill’s and Shades. Although the weather didn’t cooperate most of the week, we had a great time. Spent an afternoon at Ripley’s Believe It or Not and did indoor putt putt. I may have missed it when we booked, but since it’s only two stories there is no elevator. Pack light for the stairs! We will definitely be back.
