This spacious home is perfect for families or friends looking for a comfortable, convenient place to stay in Salt Lake County.

Thoughtfully designed w/ modern furnishings and amenities, the home (including the guesthouse w/ separate access) has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms (1 w/ a queen sofa bed) and a private hot tub.

If you're looking to ski, hike, bike, celebrate, or simply relax and enjoy scenery, this South Jordan home is a perfect place to stay.

Spread out in the four bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. Conduct any business you might need to attend to in the separate office space on the main floor. Hang out in the kitchen / dining / great room. Relax and refresh in the hot tub.

Use the separate entrance to access the guesthouse space with 1-bedroom / 1-bathroom and a full kitchen / dining space, along with a living room. The full size couch pulls out to a queen size bed with a memory foam mattress.

Let us know prior to your arrival if you'd like us to make up the sofa bed in the living room per the pictures and we'll have it ready upon your arrival.

You will have the entire home to yourself including the guesthouse (which is accessed through a separate external entrance).

Our property managers oversee landscaping and trash removal. You may see them during your stay taking care of these items per their weekly maintenance schedule.

We will provide their contact information in the event that you have any questions or concerns during your stay.

The neighborhood around South Jordan, Utah is quiet and family-friendly. There are several parks and green spaces nearby, as well as a community pool and tennis courts.

The neighborhood is conveniently located close to shopping, dining, and schools. There is a large shopping center along with many restaurants and coffee shops.

The neighborhood is also close to major transportation corridors, making it easy to get around the city and to other parts of Utah. The I-15 freeway is just a few minutes away.

We stayed for 4 nights, the house was very comfortable and clean. We were two families and the guesthouse was perfect for one family, while the other stayed in the main house! My only wish is that they provided fans for the bedrooms, the main bedroom was a little warm after showering all the kids at night! The hot tub felt amazing! The kitchen was well equipped! We would definetly stay again!

We came in for a softball tournament. The place was perfect! My parents came with us so having the downstairs unit was great! The whole house was really comfortable and spacious! Would definitely try to stay here again if we’re ever that way again!

Wonderful home away from home

We had a truly wonderful stay at this property—it exceeded our expectations based on the online description. The home was impeccably maintained and absolutely spotless. Communication with the host was outstanding; they reached out ahead of our arrival to ensure we had all the necessary information, especially in case of a late check-in. It was a thoughtful touch that made us feel very well cared for.The property is situated in a safe and convenient neighborhood, which added to the overall ease and enjoyment of our stay. While everything was fantastic, a couple of minor suggestions would be to include plastic wrap and ziplock bags in the kitchen and perhaps consider softer towels. However, these were small details that didn’t detract from our overall experience.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely rent this property again in the future. Highly recommended!

Emphases on the great communication with the property managers. Quick responses and clear explanations where provided towards check in, check out, and home details. The only difficulty we encountered was the locking system of the house. Not a fan with the August app. Also, a bit disappointed we weren't able to access the hot tub. However, our overall stay was good.

Excellent, spacious, new home perfect for large groups

The house was very spacious and everything felt new. Rooms were very large and perfect for our party size of 8 (although maybe putting in some bunk beds into one of the rooms would help with families with more kids). Having access to both the upstairs and downstairs unit was great, especially when cooking our holiday meal. Location is certainly in the suburbs but we liked the peace and quiet. Light rail stations are within 10-15 minutes which gave easy access to downtown.

Clean, modern, luxury home

This was a perfect home. It was clean and fresh and I loved the design. Lots of parking space. We used the house and guesthouse and it was perfect. It’s close to many areas in Salt Lake and close to the main thoroughfare so you can get anywhere quickly! Mary was very easy to work with and responded very quickly if I ever hand any issues/questions. The whole process was a breeze. I would highly recommend!
