HEATED SALTWATER POOL - $75/night, minimum 2 nights, starting on the day of your arrival. Please note, the pool heating needs to be requested and paid for no later than 3 days before your arrival, as it takes multiple days to reach the desired temperature of 80-85 degrees.

Welcome to the vibe of your life here at the Vibehouse!

Enjoy our updated and vibrant 4-bedroom 2-bath house with an amazing back area w/ private heated pool, mini golf, green wall w/ "It's The Vibe For Me" neon sign photo opp, and everything you need to vibe out. Each bedroom has its own smart TV to sign into your favorite apps as well as TV out back that swivels to watch while swimming, putting, or chillin' out. There is also a closing gate to the pool for families with children.

OCCUPANCY:
Please book with the correct amount of people staying so we know how many towels to leave out and update us if things change. You're welcome to have extra guests over, just give us a heads-up so we don't assume there's a party.

EXTERNAL CAMERAS:
1) Front doorbell camera
2) Right side of house above gate
3) Back right of house overlooking back area

Please understand these cameras are for guest safety & security as well as host protection. Do not tamper or cover the cameras at any time. Doing so will result in an immediate eviction of all guests with no refund. There are NO cameras inside the home.

QUIET HOURS:
Quiet hours are from 10:00pm - 9:00am. This is strictly enforced as we need to respect our neighboring homes. If the police are called, guests will be responsible for the fine (up to $2500).

MUSIC & SPEAKERS:
We provide a soundbar in the living room for music inside (not to be taken outside). You may also use the tv outside for music or a small portable speaker. The music level outside should never be loud enough to carry over the perimeter walls.

LAUNDRY:
If you happen to do laundry during your stay, be sure not to mix any of our white linens with any colors! Discolored linens will be treated as damages!

HEATED POOL!
Heating the pool is available for a standard additional fee, $75 per night, 2 night minimum is required and must be paid for in advance. Please request pool heat at least 4-5 days prior to check-in so we can make sure it's heated upon your arrival as it takes 1-2 days to heat depending on the outside temp.
**Pool service is on Thursdays. Please expect there to be a pool tech to service the pool Thursday mornings.**

PROPANE POLICY:
We’re happy to offer both a propane fire pit and propane grill for your convenience and enjoyment during your stay! Having said that, we’d like to set expectations on the usage and filling of the propane tanks as there’s no industry standard that works for all hosts.

As of the writing of this note, we were doing our best to go to the property to make sure the tanks were full as we’d like to offer this for free and always available. This became almost impossible to manage as people use propane at very different levels and some also abuse the fire pit, leaving it on while nobody is around for extended periods of time. (PLEASE DO NOT DO THIS)

So, after working to find the best solution for both parties, we’ve found that if the propane is out, guests can go exchange or fill up the tank and we’ll reimburse you $20 per tank with proof of receipt.

We really appreciate the understanding on this as it’s the smoothest solution we’ve found for everyone. We’re still covering the majority of the propane cost, if not all, you just may have to fill/exchange at one of the convenient options provided in the welcome book.

DECORATIONS:
Absolutely no sticky/adhesive dots or decor with adhesive strips allowed (this removes the wall paint! And you will be charged for repair)
NO confetti or glitter inside or outside, that includes confetti balloons. If used, an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest as it's a nightmare to cleanup.

PETS?
Sorry, but no pets allowed of any kind.

This is a non-smoking property. There is no smoking allowed inside or anywhere on the premises.
