We had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again! The layout of the condo is perfect for a small family or group of friends. The pools were great and being able to walk to Sea and Suds was a major bonus! The beach is such a short walk and we were very close to shopping and restaurants!

Overall the experience was great, just like the first time we stayed at this building. However, the first time I stayed in another unit, parking was included, and it was not this time. Two of the chairs on the porch had broken legs as well. The issue was reported to the owner and he addressed it promptly. Beach access and kid pool were amazing and made the water experience smooth. Overall amazing experience and we will be returning to the Seawind for a third time next year.

The condo was clean and well spaced. It could really sleep as many people as advertised! The location was perfect- close to many good food options and entertainment! The pool was sufficient and the beach was very clean!! We couldn’t be more pleased! Thank you!!

Only issues we had was parking is tight and be prepared to wait for the elevator especially at peak times. Park on the first floor because Catching the elevator from the second or third is a nightmare at peak times. Other than that everything was amazing!!

The AC was terrible. We kept the doors closed and still sweated the whole time. Our rooms didn’t have wristbands for the pools or parking passes and it took us calling the host, who then had to contact someone else, and chasing down the security guard 4 times to finally obtain them.

Home away from home

This is our 4 th year coming to this condo. It is homey, well appointed, upgraded beautifully. New couch and chairs are very comfortable. ITrip is so wonderful to work with, I highly recommend them.

I wouldn't stay here again because of the parking & the elevators. Only 2 elevators for the whole building and one kept breaking. Waiting 20-30 min just to get on one for an average wait time. Rental was also late getting ready so we had to stall a lot of time.
