PARKING: 2 Parking Spots available ONLY. Please do not park on the sidewalk or else you will get a ticket. Parking spots will be confirmed with booking.

STRICTLY ENFORCED: This is a friendly & quiet neighborhood, please be respectful of neighbors and do not disturb at any time. No loud music and parties allowed. If surrounding neighbors report a complaint and/or call police for disturbance, guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

NO SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside property at any time. Violation of this policy will result in $1,000 PENALTY and guest(s) will be asked to leave immediately without refund.

NO PARTIES: To respect our neighbors, we do not allow parties or gatherings. If the noise level is too loud according to our neighbors (usually means parties, large group of people, loud sounds or music) we may let you know. After the warning, if the noise continues, you could be asked to leave without a refund.
There is also a Ring doorbell to verify occupancy.

Please observe our house rules. We have these rules in place to maintain the highest quality stay for our guests!

•Unplug all unused appliances, hair curler, laptop chargers from socket when leaving the home. Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater.

•No Smoking of ANY KIND ($1,000 Penalty)

•No Shoes to be worn inside of the apartment

•No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays

•Check-in time is 4pm - 11pm

•No Extra/ Overnight Guests ($100 per extra guest per night if this was not disclosed on initial booking)

•No Mail Delivered here

•No moving or rearranging of the furniture

•No unplugging of the electronics

•No Pre-Check in Bag Storage

•No Pets

•No disturbing neighbors

•No parking anywhere other than assigned spaces we show you

•No loud noise or music past 9:30pm

•11am is check out time.

**We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and keep your security deposit if these rules are broken

AGAIN NO PARTIES:
