Other Things to Note:

-The neighboring property is currently under development. Construction is typically Monday - Friday 8 AM to 4 PM but can vary. Construction noise typically cannot be heard in the home unless the windows are open. (Home has heat and AC). I don't anticipate this development to be an issue but want all my guests to be aware.

-The home contains a handicap accessible main floor including: Ramp to enter the home (must cross gravel to access ramp), a handicap shower, lowered beds, wide entry to living room and kitchen area, and access to back patio.
