Well, it technically sleeps eight if you include your furry friend. That’s right, this is one of Marco Island’s exclusive dog-friendly homes. It also comes with a three-car garage.
When you step inside, images of tropical paradise surround you. Sunlight brightens the boat deck-inspired floor. Luxurious furnishings and an island-style décor blend together to create an easygoing coastal feel. A sectional sofa as comfortable as it is stylish looks out on the lush greens of Hole 12 on Marco Island’s private golf course.
The kitchen features white wood cabinets and granite countertops, and it comes with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to serve a family dinner on the table beneath a chandelier.
In the master bedroom, windows on either side of the bed will cool you with fragrant hibiscus-scented breezes. It even has a built-in vanity with plenty of storage space and an en suite bathroom with his-and-her sinks, bathtub, and walk-in shower. The other bedrooms are equally inviting, and they come with televisions and ample closet and drawer space.
Now it’s time to step out onto the lanai and see what makes this house so unique. It’s encircled by palm trees and it overlooks the Island Country Club. The only sounds that disturb the silence are the kids splashing in the heated pool, burgers sizzling on the gas grill and the occasional “fore.” The family-sized table beneath overhead fans is the ideal setting for a poolside barbecue. You can even enjoy a show on the outdoor television.
The house gives you comfort-enhancing amenities like air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, Bluetooth speakers, linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. You also have beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella which will come in handy since you’re just a short drive from Marco Island’s crescent shaped beach, with its warm sand, fabulous sunsets, and endless activities.
When it’s time to explore Marco Island, you’ll find something amazing in every direction. To the west, you’ve got one of the world’s finest beaches. The Paradise Coast is famous for its warm sands, spectacular sunsets and endless watersports. Take an exhilarating parasail ride high above the ocean. Charter a fishing boat. Go on a jet ski or swamp buggy tour of the Everglades. Or relax on the beach with a good book and let the soft waves work their calming magic.
To the north, you’ll discover world-class shopping at Marco Town Center. There are chic boutiques, with everything from fun beachwear to high fashion, grocery store, and plenty of fabulous dining options. They even have weekly concerts at the gazebo.
Just south of the house, you’ll find Mackle Park, where your kids can spend hours of fun in the playground, basketball court or splashpad while you enjoy a scenic trail around a pond. When you return home after a long, exhilarating day, the beds and warm tropical night air send you into a deep and peaceful slumber.
