Nicest 1BD/1BA Contemporary Coastal Condo in the complex. The unit is completely renovated. The condo complex has 2 large heat pools and spas overlooking the waterfront. Tennis Courts and outdoor grilling areas are out the door of the unit! This Condo is the closest to the water in the complex, be amazed! Unit come with free bikes and beach gear. It has everything you need for a fantastic vacation!
Additional condo details:
The gated community has two Olympic size swimming pools, two spas-hot tubs, gas BBQ grills, 3 tennis courts, a walking path, and dock slip that is owner leased and a Clubhouse. The Riverside Club is in close proximity to several restaurants; Smith House, Old Marco Pub, Zaza Mexican, Lee Be Fish, Bistro Soleil and of course the Famous Snook Inn is 1 block away! There is fun shopping at Shops of Olde Marco which is right around the corner as well.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.

We enjoyed the unit—it was well stocked: kitchen essentials, beach gear, hand soap and even laundry detergent. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Great location and parking was a breeze!

This condo is fantastic! Clean and has everything you need for a beach vacation. The property is nice and very well taken care of. Everyone was super nice. The balcony was the best part, we spent hours sitting and watching boats. Even saw dolphins swimming.

Gorgeous marina Condo

The condo was Gorgeous with an amazing harbor view. The host was very friendly and available to get in touch with. Cleanliness 10/10 with the best accommodations. Location was great and close to favorite restaurants. Sunrises were very enjoyable on the relaxing Lanai as dolphins swam by. It was very peaceful and quiet in this condo as well. Highly recommend!

Great place!

The view was great- many boats with a marina nearby. The condo was very clean and we spent most of our time on the balcony. We would definitely comeback. It was a very good experience and a great trip!!

Quiet respite on Marco Island

Grab this place! It’s an excellent location & close to everything (walking distance to the island’s best outdoor bar & restaurant with live music). The view from the balcony is stellar and the complex is quiet. Our host was super responsive throughout our stay. The condo itself was well stocked with all that we needed and tastefully furnished.

Pristine unit with amazing views

Clean, well equipped condo with beautiful decor. Walking distance to some of our favorite restaurants. Hours spent reading and resting on the balcony watching dolphins. Excellent communication from owner. Would definitely return to this condo.

Lovely and Comfortable Condo

The condo was great and the owner could not have been a better communicator. The only minor issue was parking. It was difficult to get a space the day we arrived. The following days were better. We do recommend staying here.

We loved the condo had 2 pools close to plenty of restaurants and tiki bars. Comfortable and clean. The owner is spot on and very communicative. All amenities available. We rode bikes used the pool played on the courts and walked old Marco

Overall the property was in good condition with the exception of a couple of maintenance items. The value however was not quite there especially having to pitch in on some housekeeping items (stripping the beds, taking out the trash, cleaning used kitchen items, taking any remaining items from frig.) These items should have been covered under the per night rental costs. Not sure if we would return. The surrounding property grounds need some work as well.

Wonderful property

My husband and I went for a get away before Thanksgiving. The condo is great, clean and new. The patio was wonderful to see the sunrise and watch the boats going by. The pool area was awesome, heated! The area is nice also, you can walk to several restaurants and bars in the area.

Great getaway!

We loved our stay! The condo was very comfortable and clean and has everything you will need for your trip. Great location too. We used the bikes several times, which were a great way to get around and see more of the area. Check-in and out was very easy. We’ll definitely come back!

We think Riverside is a hidden gem on the island. Where can you have a gated community, an amazing Condo on the water with almost complete privacy when sitting in the lanai? 2 heated pool and spa, a fishing pier, and a slip rental option for $50 for the week! There are many more features this is just the start!

Location, Location, Location. We are looking forward to vacationers, family, and close friends enjoying this wonderful place for years to come. The decorating is classy and timeless.
