While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.

-If you want the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival.
-Spa heating is included in your stay.

The house was a 10/10!! Very clean, everything worked and plenty of room for 16 people. Will definitely book this place again for our next trip to Palm Springs.

Wonderful place for family reunion. Even with large groups this home is very roomy. The pool is fantastic and the EV charger in garage a nice touch!

Group visiting for Coachella. Property manager is very responsive and reliable. I mentioned need for more serving bowls and the next day they brought us more. The backyard was a terrific hangout space, loved the saltwater pool and covered eating area. Kitchen was well stocked with appliances, foil and utensils. Beds were super comfortable. The house had speakers inside and out subject to quiet time. Game room, extra fridge and 2 sets of laundry appliances were big perks. Well maintained vrbo rental in a quiet year round residential subdivision. Met all our needs and we enjoyed our stay.

Clean, perfect stay accommodating our very large group. Host provided very timely communication and facility met all of our needs, especially the hot tub, grill, pool and ping pong table!Pool heating is paid for and managed within an external service.
