Recientemente remodelado! Un dormitorio, un condominio de baño en el sur de Austin. techos abovedados, pisos de madera en todo, además de vistas de la piscina y los espacios verdes. Rey cama en el dormitorio, y la reina de tamaño plegable sofá / cama en la sala de estar. Tiene capacidad para 4 personas. Situado en la segunda planta de un edificio de dos pisos; sólo tiene que caminar un tramo de escaleras a la unidad. Totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades, incluyendo: utensilios de cocina y utensilios de cocina, toallas, sábanas y aire acondicionado central. Hermoso espacio que es perfecta para visitar Austin!

Great place to stay. Close to many things-restaurants, grocery store, fitness center, and parks. Owner is very easy to get in touch with if you need anything or have questions.

Great Location, Nice property, Excellent service

We enjoyed a 3 month stay in this quiet Austin neighborhood. The unit was adequately furnished and supplied with items needed for such a time period. If any problems arose the host was quick to remedy our needs. We would definitely stay again!

Peaceful place

I enjoyed my time very much at Blakes place. The neighbors are very friendly and the area has a peaceful vibe. Having the pool so close by was great as was the walking trails behind the complex. The unit itself is a little outdated and could use a few more bath towels and kitchenware but all and all the place was great! I would def stay again.

Nice treehouse

This condo is pretty sweet in that you can look out over trees in the pool. It’s pretty well set up, I did take one star off for the fold out couch that has seen better days. But the host was very helpful, and the complex was nice and easy to get to.

Clean, responsive host, good location

Clean place, responsive host, good rate and location. Stocked home basics, nice washer/dryer, plenty of parking, complex has small walking trail for dogs. Some of the frying pans/cookware could use a replacement on couple items. Would stay again!

Great location in south Austin

Very comfortable apartment in a quiet complex overlooking a green belt. I’ve stayed here twice and enjoyed it both times.

Great location for South Austin

The condo is well maintained and furnished. It has a washer and drier that makes it easy to bring fewer clothes for a visit to Austin. It is on a second floor right next to the swimming pool, but we seldom saw anyone using it. The complex is quiet and the people we did encountered were friendly. It is located near William Cannon and West Gate, easy to get to HEB grocery, Whole Foods, Costco, Home Depot and lots of restaurants in less than a 15 minute drive. I would stay here again if coming to Austin again. Owner was responsive to all questions and concerns. Plenty of parking available. Good sized kitchen with stove, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, sink and dishwasher. It comes equipped with cooking pots, plates, glassware and eating utensils, all you need is your required foods. King sized bed was very comfortable. Plenty of closet space, though the owner has some of his clothes stored there.

6 weeks in Austin

The apartment was really nice. It was in a great location, easy to get to downtown and close to hill country. It felt very spacious for the size, and was quiet. I had a problem with the WiFi and Blake got it fixed right away. I loved being right next to the pool, that added a lot to the apartments appeal.

Excellent setting. Bright and clean.

Very bright and clean. Although it was near a very busy street, William Cannon, the condo was in a secluded park-like setting and was very serene. Grocery store only a mile away as well as s number of restaurants.

It was convenient to all the events and areas we wanted to visit!

I was back home for my 4Oth high school reunion from Crockett! So this location was truly perfect! Smack dab in the middle of south Austin! We enjoyed the condo when we weren’t out and about! Blake, the owner would respond quickly when we voiced a question or concern! One thing that was an issue was there was only one roll of toilet paper! 👀 but seriously we really enjoyed and would stay there again!

Comfortable and functional condo that could use some fixing

This property served our needs for our weekend in Austin. The property was clean and had everything we needed but some items were in need of repair. The worst item is that the heater was not working for our stay. We didn't need it until the last night of our stay but when we tried to turn it on the condo dropped from 69 down to 64 while it blew cold air. A few other more minor issues; the arm of the sofa is missing, the floor trim around the fireplace is just laid down and not attached, the cover on the HVAC looks like it is about to fall off, and the main kitchen light burned out part way through our stay. Overall the condo is fine for 2 people and we enjoyed our stay, but there are some issues for the owner to address and hopefully he can get them fixed for the next guest.

Condo in great Austin location, with neighborhood pool, we will rent this 1BR again

This is a great Austin location, we were minutes away from many popular sites. The neighborhood pool is right outside our door. We will be back to stay here again, it's clean and well equipped for cooking any meal, washer/dryer in unit. There were just the two of us and our dog. Our daughter lives within minutes, the price was right for this vacation condo.

The condo was perfectly located near everything.

The condo was only 15 minutes from the gorgeous lakes and parks. The condo overlooked the pool which was perfect for the kids. We will definitely stay there again when we take another family trip to Austin!

Perfect place for our needs.

If we find ourselves visiting this area again, we would definitely stay here. Beautiful view overlooking the pool and the condo was stocked with anything that you could need (or may have forgotten) Blake, the owner, was very helpful and accommodating! We were actually surprised how quiet the area was, as it's in a very central location close to many stores and restaurants.

Comfortable and convenient

I selected the property based upon pictures and convenience to where my sister lives. There was a small mix-up when I first arrived and it was taken care of immediately. Blake was very easy to work with. The place was very nice and I appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, makes cooking dinner rather than eating out easier. It was so convenient to my sister's that I have sent info on property to all family members.... but also being right off William Cannon makes it so convenient to anything in Austin. Just minutes to Mopac or 35; easy to get to downtown or Zilker and South Congress area. This is definitely bookmarked for future trips. This may sound like a weird thing to like but I am sure there are others like me: there were so many windows that you get fantastic natural lighting in the unit, but the way the complex is laid out you are not looking out your window into someone else's. The kitchen & bedroom window's overlook area with trees. The living/dining area and balcony overlook the pool (which no-one used any of the times I was out there). I love sunlight and fresh air but also love my privacy. I felt comfortable here.

Austin Condo - Exactly what we needed

This Condo was just what we needed for our short stay in Austin, TX. My sisters and I attended a family wedding in Austin, and needed a place to stay for just a couple of evenings. The condo was a perfect location to the different venues, family home, Church and Lake Austin Boats. There is also a pool adjacent to the property, which we should have made some time to use because it was a very warm weekend in Austin. I recommend bringing a suit and enjoying a little time in the sun and water if time and weather permits. Blake was very accommodating when I called for the entry codes, he made sure that if we needed anything, he was just a phone call away. If I am in Austin again, I would definitely stay at this property. Rosemary

Excellent Condo!!!

Really enjoyed our stay, Blake was excellent to work with. Everything was smooth and easy! Really nice condo with everything you need. Nice quite area & Located close to San Marcus outlet. Would recommend this condo if staying in Austin area. Planning on staying there again when in Austin.

clean and very comfortable

Blake was extremely helpful, friendly and quick to respond to my questions via phone or message. The Home Away web site and especially the Mobile App can be confusing. The property was conveniently located in south Austin and was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There are very few rentals with King Size beds and this one was extra-comfortable. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It has lots of windows and natural light with a view of a green-belt area in the rear. My only issue was a few burnt out light bulbs. I would highly recommend this property.
