Close to everything! A few minute walk to Gondola, shops, coffee, restaurants... condo is perfectly placed in Dercum Square. It has views of ice rink/mini golf, partial slope views & in the heart of River Run. Close for summer/winter activities w/gated garage parking. This 2 bed/2 bath condo sleeps up to 6. Ultra-premium linens/duvet is fresh after each guest. Pool, hot tub, pool table, work out space, sauna, ski locker, & bike rack in garage. Full-size kitchen, oversized private balcony overlooking Dercum Square & more.
FULL RENOVATION IS COMPLETE! ALL new mattresses, furniture, art, flooring, counters, showers/bath etc...
Primary - King bed.
Secondary - queen size bottom bunk bed w/twin on top & twin pull out mattress below. Full kitchen with all amenities and then some. Small toiletries provided to get started.

While there are 3 TV's, there is no standard live TV. You will want to log into your personal account(s) to watch TV. Please remember to log out of personal account(s) prior to departure.
In addition to the other amenities, we go above industry standard with our linens and bedding. We provide Ultra-premium linens along with the Ivory White Bedding Program. This means that ALL bedding including the duvet covers are REPLACED after each guest. Most units keep the same comforter/duvet on without washing in-between guests. We believe you should have everything fresh and clean for your stay. This perk is at no extra charge to you.
Guest access
With your key card, you will have access to all areas for use at Expedition Station which includes 1 parking spot in the under building garage. In addition, you have access to the hot tub/pool area at Dakota Lodge. With your key card, you will have access to all areas for use at Expedition Station which includes 1 un-reserved parking spot in the Expedition Station parking garage located on River Run Rd. You will need to use the QR code to register your license plate and length of stay.
*The Expedition Station HOA will begin charging a small daily fee for parking.*

I am from Austin, TX & my husband is from Cornwall, England. We met as children and married many years later. We live in Austin and have been visiting Keystone for years. This is where we feel at home for both winter & summertime. We feel that this resort is great for kids (River Run childcare, ski/snowboard school) and feel very safe. Our children have grown up here - started in childcare, next ski and snowboard lessons then off on their own around the mountain.
We are proud to host an amazing condo in Keystone which is a second home for my family. We take pride in our property and confident that you will as well. Our goal is to give you the most comfortable & amazing ‘home away from home’. We like hosting - we get to 'meet' new people . We want to make sure our guests are comfortable and have the amenities needed to have a great stay. A great vacation for our guest means we did our job as hosts.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
We enjoy coming to Keystone in both summer & winter. There are summer festivals every weekend just a few minute walk from the condo. In the winter, you are a short walk to the River Run Gondola and right in front of the Dercum Square ice rink. Being a retired figure skating coach, I am thrilled that our oversized deck has a full view of the ice rink in the winter and mini golf in the summer.

Completely renovated fall 2025!! The condo is a short walk to: the River Run Gondola, the Dercum Square ice rink/mini golf, bike rental, ski rental, restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and more. The partial slope view and full view of Dercum Square makes this place amazing. On property, there is 1 un-reserved garage parking spot, bike lock areas in the garage, pool, hot tub, sauna, weight/workout room, ski locker storage, pool table, elevator from garage to each floor, and laundry facilities on each floor.
