What an amazing stay. From the beach decor to the ammenities to the close proximity to town!We drove to the beach everyday, came back to relax in the pool and walked to town in the evening. So relaxing and enjoyable!

Very nice cottage, great backyard and pool area. The location is great can walk to beach (we chose to drive) very short walk to village with great bars, restaurants and shopping. Siesta Key is a great place to vacation.

Absolutely wonderful fully equipped cottage, central to the village and walking distance to the beach. Outdoor area is great and meets the needs of various age groups. Amongst the Outdoor space there are 2 fixed umbrellas. It would have been good to have one that could be moved about. This is our preference and in no way a criticism.We've stayed at several accommodations on SK and this cottage is a hidden secret.

Nicely renovated, very clean property in a good location

Just off the main drag in Siesta on a nice, quiet street. Walk to restaurants to avoid the dinner time parking hassle. Easy drive to the beach. Mark was very responsive and a good host. Well equipped kitchen, nice pool and gazebo. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect family vacation rental

Such a cute, super clean & spacious family beach cottage. The host was great and they made sure we had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable.Short walk to the beach, however with the pool area being so nice it was hard to leave. Can’t wait to book our next trip!!!!

Beach vacation

We have stayed at several houses in Siesta village, over the last few years and this by far as our favorite. Mark was wonderful and we are already booked for next year!

Enjoyed the house and pool was very nice. Quiet neighborhood very close to the village. We had to drive to the beach as it was too far to walk for us but it wasn’t a problem for us.

Wonderful stay!

The backyard is absolutely gorgeous! Pool is amazing! There was corn hole, putt putt, and a great gazebo for us to enjoy as well! The house was very well stocked with everything you needed! The location is very close to the village for restaurants and shops. Mark is very friendly and quick to respond and help with any questions. We love this house and hope to get to stay again soon!

A Relaxing Retreat!

We were incredibly happy with with our stay at this property. We arrived just as a hurricane was making its way to the island and Mark was fantastic about keeping in touch with us. The outdoor pool area was amazing and we spent many hours out there. The house was incredibly convenient to everything and it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again!

The host was a great communicator. Property was very clean, great location and close to everything. Pool was amazing and private backyard was fantastic. Will totally stay again if available.

Perfect size for a family of 5. Clean, great pool in the back. Sand toys available along with beach chairs and wagon. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about our stay! The kitchen has everything you need..including ziplock bags. The pool area is incredible, we even skipped the beach 🏖️ a few days for the pool. Easy to walk into town and get to the beach. Highly recommend!

Perfect Siesta Key Vacation home

Great house, pool and location. Short walk to restaurants/bars and beach. Home had everything we needed! Fenced in backyard was private w a grill and pool was heated. Siesta Key Village is a little slice of paradise. You have the village with a variety of restaurants bars, shops, rentals, live entertainment, groceries all located one block away. Perfect tranquility back at the cottage for relaxing and when you want some excitement you walk to the village. The best Beach in the USA is 3 blocks away. You don't have the hassle of driving a car and finding a place to park! You can rent scooters, golf carts, bicycles for cruising around the island. Everybody is happy and enjoying life! Pet friendly and safe neighborhood.

Quaint little updated cottage tucked away from the noise of the village yet close enough to walk to in a couple minutes. Totally updated with all the amenities that one could ask for including heated private pool, fenced backyard, patio, gazebo, bbq, outdoor dining table with umbrella, outdoor shower, lounge chairs, beach wagon and chairs, fire pit. Perfect large backyard oasis for relaxing. and enjoying the sunshine.
