Absolutamente, condominio increíble en una ubicación perfecta! Bienvenido a Happy Clam! Atención a los detalles en todo, limpio y relajante. ¡Perfecto en todo sentido! Esta joya recién remodelado está a 1 calle de las arenas blancas puras de Siesta Key Beach y 1/2 cuadra de Siesta Key Village. Donde las aguas del golfo se encuentran con la arena y la arena se encuentra con la Villa.

Nada en una hermosa piscina climatizada en el complejo designado solo para huéspedes. Raramente está abarrotado y está convenientemente ubicado directamente detrás del condominio.

Everything in this beautiful and tasteful rental was perfectly clean and organized. The layout of the space was thoughtfully designed and made every task so easy. We prefer to cook mostly at home as opposed to going out, even on vacation, and everything we needed was available and within arm’s reach. We loved the proximity of both the gorgeous beach and Siesta Key Village for shopping and occasionally dining out. What a wonderful stay we had! Sharen and Charlie could not have been more responsive or hospitable! 10 out of 10!

We just returned home from staying in this beautiful condo for the past 7 days. This was our 5th time renting a condo in the community of Village West , first time for this condo. The word WOW comes to my mind . This condo is beautiful inside. Everything is very new, and it has everything you need for your stay . The bed is very comfortable. Everything about this place is great! The location is perfect. Its within walking distance of both the beach and downtown (it's actually a stones throw away from the main drag). The place is beautiful and kept in great condition. There are several amenities that they provide that you would have to find elsewhere at other places (such as beach supplies). We didnt have any issues that required reaching out to the owners during our stay. But the communication we had leading up to our stay was wonderful. I would most definitely recommend this place.

This was an amazing place to stay! The location is incredible to be able to walk to both the Village and the beach! The pool is also so great as is the convenient parking space. The hosts thought of all of the details - the place is filled with great touches (full kitchen, linens, bath, full set of beach day equipment, games, their Where Is info sheets). Very clean and bright space that feels higher end!! Hosts had excellent communication. Highly recommend for a couple or small family!

The house is beautiful with an all-new, top-notch interior including a completely equipped kitchen. We loved that it is 1 1/2 blocks from the Village, in a very nice quiet neighborhood. We spend much of our time in the cute, comfortable patio. When I had a question, the Irelands were very helpful and friendly. We have been to SK many times and this is our favorite house. This place is an absolute gem. It had everything we need to make the most of our stay. It is steps from the village shops and restaurants and about a block from the beach access point. The home seemed to be recently remodeled and was very clean and organized. House had everything we needed for our beach time. Wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toys etc. We cannot wait to return to the Happy Clam. The host was very responsive on all inquiries. We would absolutely recommend the Happy Clam. We had a party of 4 and the house was more than accommodating.

This rental was absolutely perfect! They had literally everything you can think of there. Sunscreen, nail polish remover, shampoo and conditioner, zip lock bags, laundry supplies. You name it. They had it. The only thing you need to bring are your clothes! The location to everything was incredible. 5 minute beautiful walk to the beach. 1 minute walk to shops and restaurants! Easy access to the trolley system. 15/10 will be back next year.

Wonderful beach getaway

The rental is perfectly located—just a short walk to the Village and the beautiful white sand beach. The home is clean, comfortable, and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. We love being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and enjoy the sunsets in the evening. Fun and easy beach getaway!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful beach home. Matter of fact we’re booking for next year too!! We have stayed in summer homes in July for over 20yrs and this is by far the best. If you want a beautiful beach home to stay this is definitely the best place ever. You’re just a block from the beach & shopping areas.

Easy access with multiple nearby airports if flying: Tampa International (1 hr, 15 min), Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport (30 min), Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers (1 hr, 30 min), and Orlando International Airport (1 hr, 50 min). Choose the best rate, time, and flight that fits your plans.

Excellent rental car rates in this part of Florida all year round.

Sarasota (SRQ): A beautiful midsize city (Population 53,326) with great people, amazing culture, and wonderful food. Also many other wonderful islands, beaches, and communities to explore very nearby.

Once you arrive you will discover the best weather and beach right outside your door. Park your car, and you may find you will not need to use it again. Happy Clam sits in the heart of Siesta Key Village. A quaint beach community on the gulf. A quiet 1 block walk to the #1 beach in the USA. 1/2 block to great food and music. It could not be better.

You will have a private secluded heated pool available whenever you want to relax or get wet. The pool is located right behind Happy Clam.

Beautifully appointed condo just remodeled. Clean with attention to detail throughout. Fully stocked kitchen. Very comfortable high-end bed and comfortable full-size pull out.

There are some very interesting books, games and board games on location.

You will love the NEW in '25, 55 inch TV with Bluetooth sound base for your viewing pleasure.

Your will find a few more surprises in the condo that are fun. We will leave them as surprises for now until you come and stay. Hope to see you soon at Happy Clam 😃!
