You'll find two spacious living areas perfect for unwinding, including one with a cozy indoor fireplace and a 75-inch TV for movie nights. Large windows throughout the home frame the spectacular mountain scenery.

The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a coffee maker, microwave, two refrigerators, three dishwashers, and a butler's pantry ready for catering. Step outside to the patio to use the gas grill with a view, or unwind in the private wim spa after a day of adventure. For entertainment, head to the game room for a round of pool or air hockey.

With six bedrooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom and smart TV, everyone can enjoy their own space and comfort. The home is also fully handicap accessible, with a built-in elevator for easy access to all levels.

You will have full and private access to the entire home and all its amenities. This includes space for two vehicles in the garage. Please note that the third garage space is reserved for owner storage and is not accessible to guests.

* Occupancy: The home accommodates a maximum of 16 guests. Any group larger than 16 must be approved in advance.
* Parking: A maximum of 6 vehicles are allowed on the property. There is no street parking or additional parking available.
* Events: Weddings, corporate functions, or other large events are strictly prohibited without our prior written approval.
* Accessibility: The home is fully handicap accessible and includes a built-in elevator.
* Family Items: A highchair and Pack 'n Play are available upon request.
* Security: For your safety, three security cameras are on the property: one on the back patio, one in the garage, and one monitoring the elevator entrance.
* Check-Out: You may opt out of our standard check-out procedures for a $150 fee. Please provide 48-hour notice if you wish to use this service.
