Nestled between the woods of Blue River and the beautiful views of Mount Quandry; it’s almost impossible not to relax into the tranquil atmosphere of Pine Place.
Located only 8 minutes from Main Street Breckenridge.
Small dog only. Up to 30 lbs.
"The entire house was sparkling clean, with fresh new linens and every appliance you could need in the gorgeous kitchen. We enjoyed cooking and baking during our stay and were not lacking any necessities. " - Amy

MAIN LEVEL

Bedroom 1 (with two double beds) and Bedroom 2 (one king bed) each bedroom with its full bathroom.
Outdoor deck with hot tub and outdoor table.
UPPER LEVEL
" But the master bedroom, omg its spacious, has a balcony with gorgeous views you can wake up to each morning. The house has a game room that is very nice if you have little ones. It keeps them occupied" - Raisa.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
To be as transparent as possible, this is not the best fit for those who have difficulty climbing stairs. This is a 3-story house at a mountain altitude. We want everyone to be comfortable and enjoy their stay!
There are security cameras on the exterior doors and garage only.
Parking spots for up to 3 vehicles.

Our Family's love of travel, real estate, and adventure led us to Pine Place. We love to get away from the daily routine and escape to the Rocky Mountains to make memories with family and friends of all the amazing and diverse adventures the area offers.
After purchasing a second home here, we wanted to share the cabin and experience with other guests, and turned it into a part-time vacation rental. It is such a wonderful feeling to hear from our guests about the memories they made while staying at our home. We set this vacation rental up to make every family's dream of a peaceful, relaxing, adventurous vacation possible.
