Moderna casa de troncos más nueva con una gran habitación principal en el desván y dos habitaciones adicionales en el sótano de la huelga. Cuenta con una gran sala grande y una cocina moderna con la combinación perfecta de troncos y paneles de yeso. Really enjoyed our stay! House was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Easy 15 min drive to downtown Breck. We loved seeming moose,a bear and fox from the deck. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful cabin and location!

This cabin is perfect. Extremely clean and very well stocked. We had everything we needed. The location was really quite beautiful and is located just the right distance from Breckenridge. Close enough for activities but outside the bustle of the town. We loved it!!Host is very accommodating.

Mountain Log Home with Stunning Views

This beautiful home was perfect!! Close to Breckenridge for skiing, shopping and great restaurants or stay in and enjoy the cozy wood fired stove and hot tub. The back deck offers snow capped mountain views. The home is well equipped with everything you could need. The lower level offers a separate living area, 2 bedrooms and a full bath - nice if you need some quiet privacy. Mark the host, was very good at providing all pertinent information about the house and the area, and was very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Property

This place was great. The owner was great and responsive. Very helpful. The place is very clean and well-kept. We saw a lot of animals from the deck. My only complaint is I wish the yard was more usable for my little kids to walk around, etc. However, that had nothing to do with the house itself. It was a close drive to breck and much quieter! Very much recommend!

Great anniversary trip

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely mountain retreat. It was very relaxing. Lovely neighborhood and wild life was great. Deer and moose visit was cool. We relaxed in the comfortable house, cooked in a few nights, and hiked on the nearby trails including Hoosier Pass. Very accessible to Breckinridge and yet felt like a mountain retreat. Will recommend to others who wish to just get away from it all and disconnect in the forest. Note: the house call Altitude Doc was a great convenience as I suffered a bit from being 11k up in the mountains. Thanks to owners who supplied that in the check in paperwork.

Great weekend getaway

Place was ready to find, easy to access. Spacious and room to spread out. Had all the items we would need. For cooking, there is a cabinet full of spices, coffee filters, etc Nice to stick the kids and their parents downstairs! The upstairs master is in the loft area, so you can hear when the kids are up in the kitchen! Beds were comfortable. It is about 15 min away from breck, so going to all the activities that way just needs to be accounted for. Lots to do for everyone in the area. We did see moose 2 different days, so that was very exciting for everyone. Great relaxing place to stay.

Anniversary trip

This was by far, our favorite vacay cabin. It was in the perfect spot; far from tourists but close to Breck and convenience. We saw 9 moose in the area (right past the main exit from the neighborhood) and that was my ultimate dream for the vacay. The cabin was roomy, had what we needed, but it’s the location and the area that made it the best. Side note-bears are ACTIVE here. The first night, we heard them outside our cabin-scary scary. The last night, a bear took the garage and dragged it behind the shed trying to open it. There were claw marks all on the lid. Thank goodness it was bear proofed/locked! We had not even thrown our trash in it yet-I guess the owners did not throw the trash out from the previous guests yet, so there was some in there, but the garage can did not open for the bear. Just wanted to warn future travelers to make sure to not leave anything outside (I was even worried about our vehicle!) and maybe wait to throw your trash until the very last day like we did!

Great stay!

Cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The house and scenery is beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen. This place is awesome for a family of 4. Close to ski resorts. We drove keystone in about 40 minutes and Breck in about 20. Property owners very nice and helpful. The only real issue we had were the beds. All 4 of us got little sleep because the beds are very, very uncomfortable. Overall I do recommend. Hot tub huge bonus. There is a friendly fox that likes to hang around the property.

Cozy cabin

Cute cabin with a downstairs area for the kids to spread out. Had a water issue the first day that the owner remedied immediately. I used the jacuzzi tub in the master several times and never ran out of hot water for everyone. Location is further than we had expected but that’s on us for not paying attention when booking. The roads were very well maintained in the midst of winter. Cell service and wifi was hit and miss at the cabin. Thank you for sharing your home and taking care of us while we were there!

Nice Quiet Cabin

Property was nice, was about 15-20 minutes from town with snowy road condition. The amenities of the house were nice but very limit service on cell and Wi-Fi was not very good. Very nice place overall but the elevation was a huge curve( not their fault). The only real problems I had was the cable/tv/Wi-Fi and that the beds were not comfortable and made it really hard to get quality sleep

Wonderful cozy place

Fully stocked, nicely decorated and comfortable house that was perfect for our family getaway near Breckenridge. The owner was extremely responsive by text and phone for the smallest question. The description of the layout and amenities was full and accurate. The house ihas a great location, just far enough from the road to be quiet, just close enough to Breckenridge and Fairplay to be convenient. It was the perfect base for daily hiking and fishing trips. In the morning we enjoyed coffee on the porch or on the comfy couches, in the evenings we grilled and played games in the spacious living room. Thank you for sharing your home!. It was a great getaway for our family vacation. we will definitely try to return if we can!

AMAZING!!!!

This home truly feels like a home and is even more beautiful in person! We are a family of 6 with 4 kids ranging in age from 8 to 16 and everyone enjoyed the home. The hot tub was a welcome feature after a long day of hiking. We enjoyed sitting on the deck drinking coffee. The views are spectacular from this clean and newer mountain home. The moose family meandered through the property, along with fox and mule deer. The home is also perfectly located in the mountains. The pass is only a mile up the road and a trail head to one of the 14ers is only 1/2 mile away. We would definitely stay here again!!!!

Beautiful

This was by far the cleanest VRBO property I’ve stayed at in the last 15 years. There’s plenty of room in the house for a full group and the views and locations were amazing. I wouldn’t rent the property again because of the security cameras and rules taped on notes around the house. I understand protecting your property but the location and amount of security cameras was very uncomfortable, like you’re being watched at all times. There were so many rules and notes taped around the entire house that it felt unwelcoming and we were scared to mess something up. Overall beautiful property, great location, we saw moose and deer just off the back porch but never felt comfortable due to the security cameras and rules.

Wonderful Mountain Getaway!

My wife and I had a great time and really enjoyed the cabin. The sun on the deck in the morning was fantastic, the cabin was well stocked, and was very clean.

Nice, clean, comfy Cabin

The cabin is very nice, clean and comfortable close to Breckenridge(30 minutes drive approximately) The drive to cabin is easy (January 2022), the road was clean and the turns weren't difficult. The communication with the owner Mark was easy. He always answered back quickly and he was very helpful. I would recommend to stay here. You'll have a great time.

We have been coming to this part of Colorado since 1996. All this time we wanted to buy a vacation home but could not find the right place. We looked in many areas of Colorado but always ended up in Breckenridge. Finally, the right opportunity presented itself and we now own a piece of Paradise...

This property is the perfect mountain home we've been looking for. The house has beautiful views and during the winter we can back country ski directly out the front door and we can hike in virtually any direction in the summer.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

The house has both a wood stove and radiant floor heating which make it very comfortable in the cooler months and the hot tub is perfect whatever the weather. The house is constructed of huge 12 in - 13 in beetle kill lodge pole pine. The logs were all hand peeled, cut & shaped by a local log home company in Salida, Colorado. They created a beautiful home with care and precision that we absolutely love and you will too.
