Capri by the Sea Oceanfront - Recently Renovated - 30+ days only
1 bedroom condo in the nicest condo complex in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. Floor to ceiling oceanfront views and constant sound of the ocean. Floors 3-5 are known to have the best views of both beach and ocean waves. This condo was renovated mid 2022 and in excellent condition with a 77" top of the line TV and new multi zone entertainment system. Fast elevators, 24 hr security with fob access and keyless door. Laundry is 30' away and there is a reserved parking space. Very nice pool/jacuzzi/sauna area and warm outdoor showers. 4 blocks down the boardwalk is Garnet Ave with restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. perfect combination of privacy/seclusion and everything you want in a beach area within walking or biking distance. Convenience store is 3 blocks away, breakfast is 4 blocks and supermarket/CVS is 5 blocks.
This is my personal home and I am simply renting it while I am traveling for 3 months. I stored most of my belongings and left plenty of room in 5 bureau drawers, the night stand drawers and lots of closet space for hanging clothes and storing things on the shelves. I do ask that you respect my belongings.
The kitchen is fully stocked including spices, an air fryer, all utensils and dishes, glasses etc.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
The Pacific Beach area of San Diego is just south of La Jolla and more friendly. PB has far more sunny days than La Jolla even though it is just 4 miles away. Has to do with Mt Soledad and the sea layer. PB is more of a 30-40 something crowd with lots of restaurants and bars on Garnet Ave - 3 blocks away. It's beachy and laid back with arguably the nicest beach area in all of San Diego County.

This condo building has the most privacy and best view and best amenities in the area. The heated pool and hot tub are large and kept very clean while the rooftop BBQ area has amazing views for miles down the beach.
